GOKOO is a dishonest store. I bought this watch at his store. The product ad image I saw was completely different from the one I purchased. I have tried and found this watch has skin allergies and belts. If the production is not good, it will get stuck on the hair. For these reasons, I contacted customer service, no reply, and the watch was hot. I am afraid that the battery will explode and catch fire.

I was looking for a smart watch with circular dial to gift my mother in law and I found this. But had to return it for two reasons. First, she didn't like it. The dial is not as slim as it looks in pic. It's bulky behind. Also the radius is oddly bigger than the chain size.Second, the most disappointing reason that I was compromising before she disliked it was it's health monitoring. It shows 118 heart beats/min when resting. Step counts is not accurate too. It shows you sleeping when you put it on the table. I am happy with my watch $15 cheaper than this and this works like a cheaper watch than mine.

Great item for the price. I've owned it for 6+ months now and wear it daily. Don't rely on BP measurent but heart monitor is around where it should be. Battery life is 4 days. Charges very fast. Nice that it has two bands so you can be fancy or sporty. I prefer silicon band in the summer. I would recommend it 100% if you are looking for a smart watch. Range of syncing with the message/wats up/FB is low, so don't go into the backyard leaving the phone in your office.

This is the first time I've ever written a review on Amazon because I was absolutely compelled to do so. DO NOT buy this watch. There is a chance the one you get will be defective and burn your skin. This is not a joke. Please consider this before making your purchase.I thought this watch was great when I first got it. Then, 2 days after wearing it, I woke up in the morning to a searing pain on my wrist (I wore the watch to sleep for the sleep-tracking abilities it advertises). I thought it was just a dream or a fluke and that surely it wasn't real. The next night, I woke up again to more searing pain and took the watch off to discover it had BURNED MY ARM.The photos I've attached are of the burns. The first one is the morning I truly discovered it had burnt me (picture with bracelet), then 4 days after that (dark grey background), and present day as I'm writing this which is 3 more days after that (wood background). The burn is painful and I've had to keep ointment on it. I am so, so worried this is going to scar my skin.Save your money. Get a Fitbit or Apple Watch from a company that isn't going to cause you physical harm and potentially scar you for the rest of your life. It's NOT worth the risk.

I had ordered this Smart Watch to replace what I thought was a lost Fitbit. But, after a week of retracing my steps and turning things upside down, it was found... at our subdivision mailboxes!I really like the looks of the Smart Watch and the functions were great. However, I don't need 2 "trackers" and I am returning the GoKoo Smart Watch, only for the fact I am familiar with my Fitbit. For anyone else looking for a new Smart Watch for a very, reasonable price, I believe you will like the GoKoo.

I bought this smart watch as a gift for my sister, and she really likes it.The battery life is ok, no issues so far.What I really like is that it comes with two different bands. One for special occacion to go to fancy place and the other band for your everyday.The application works just fine! she was able to connect to her phone without any issues and track all her fitness activities.

Purchased this watch to help calculate how many steps I was taking for my Bootcamp classes. It’s beautiful to look at, nice digital click for the time, BUT the steps do NOT seem accurate. I have another app on my phone to count my steps, I took both just to see that the watch said I took almost twice as many steps as the other app (which I trust). I’ll keep the watch for aesthetics but it’s really unfortunate that it isn’t accurate for what I intended on getting.

This is my 3rd attempt at a smart watch and I'm about to give up. The app with this watch is unimpressive compared to others. I like the look of this watch a lot and it seems pretty accurate on steps and blood pressure which is great. However, it randomly unpairs with my iPhone X so I don't receive notifications. That's a big downside to me. I'm iffy on this product.
