Can I use this with ATT service provider. and will I have to get DSL? ( I have wireless 2 wire.) Also, can I stream from Amazon prime cloud for movies and music?

The point of this router is to allow you to connect into whatever wired Internet connection you already have. It allows you to connect Wi-Fi devices - smartphone, laptop, etc., into your existing wired Internet connection - DSL, cable, etc. - as long as your existing connection provides a T568A Ethernet jack (standard 8-connection, 8-position modular "keystone jack"). The router really doesn't care exactly what's on the other side of that jack, as long as it provides 1 a standard Ethernet connection, 2 a path to the Internet and 3 a DHCP server to provide it with an IP address, default gateway and name server. DHCP and more should be provided by your ISP's DHCP server. This router, in turn, provides DHCP services to those devices connected to it and, through the magic of NAT, only requires one address from your ISP but provides as many IP addresses as you could want. It also provides a certain amount of firewalling between you and malefactors attempting to abuse your computers. CIP, my router's connected to my DSL modem. Several desktops and a printer are connected to the T568A switchport jacks on the router. I can use the Wi-Fi connection with my Android smartphone to browse, listen to music (I use Ubuntu One, not Amazon) take graduate courses online, etc. Note that none of this has anything whatsoever to do with a cell phone provider. Not AT&T, Verizon, or any other. My smartphone still connects voice through Verizon or whatever out-of-network provider I get. The Wi-Fi connection is much faster than even 3G and doesn't cost me the cell phone data fees when I exceed the limit. I don't know what "wireless 2-wire" might be, unless it's a cell phone box that connects to a Plain Old Telephone.

Can you use this router as a media bridge with an Asus router?

Not sure if I/you understand exactly what you are asking for. If you want this router to function as a remote bridge to an existing wireless access point and plug in remote wired Ethernet devices, the answer is yes, the router will do that. I do that myself, using two of these routers (one as an access point, one as a bridge).

So I understand dual band . . . can I have two separate wi-fi connections. One that's not password protected, and one that is?
