Can Seeds like jackfruit seed be chopped?

Don't buy it, it's a pain to get it started because it won't unless each and everything is aligned & the worst part is there is nothing to indicate or a proper manual to explain when it is in place. No clicks or arrows. It was a hit & miss with the latter most of the times. Bought 2 as gifts for 2 families & each had the same problem. To top it, returning anything with Amazon India is a like a bureaucratic headache.

How abt citrus extraction accessories?? Dough making?? Are there?
