What can you say about a toilet seat !! It's well made and as comfortable as these things can be! Easy to fit and looks nice. Has given the bathroom a much needed lift.

Good Quality , nicely made .As this is a natural , (though well treated and sealed) I tend to change mine every couple of years , but that's just my choice , and they would last for a god long while longer I should imagine , the fixings are good quality, and compared to high street standard I have purchased in the past better quality, I thinkAm happy on all levels.

Really difficult to fit - the hinges occasionally pop out and the seat needs fixing back together. Not what I would expect for an expensive seat

I fitted the seat according to the instructions, but the soft close mechanism doesn't work and the seat slams shut with a loud noise. I tried re-fitting with different hinges, but it still doesn't work, so am sending it back for a refund.

Just the best lavatory seat ever!I know it seems crazy to get so excited about a loo seat, but the soft closure is magic and the quality of the seat is fantastic.The house is very old and the colour of the oak fits in perfectly

Nice quality seat but fitting the hinges correctly can be a little awkward. The quick release idea is a good one as it aids cleaning but I'm sorry to say I also had to obtain and fit a new hinge as one of them wouldn't release properly. Both my hinges were fine with regards to closing softly though.The seller was very good and I had a new set of hinges sent through quickly.

This is a high quality product. The finish and look are just what we were after. We did unfortunately have a problem with the slow close hinge mechanism which failed just a few days after the seat was fitted. However imediately after contacting the seller by Amazon email they promptly replied and sent a replacement set of hinges which I recieved the very next day,I remain very pleased with the product and even more pleased with the service provided by the seller. A quality looking product sold by a very efficient supplier.

Good looking and working well so far, very slight blemish on seat but only noticed after fitment so couldn't really return. Not that easy to fit but one done seems solid enough
