YiSHDA Battery is the first battery that finally matches the LG V20 battery.
I have had my battery for a full week to the time wrote this review. I will say this, this a great after market battery that I bought compared the other two brands [Ace Soft & TQTHL]. I could take this YiSHDA Lithium-ion battery performance and say that it's the best battery to any of the more expensive other brands on Amazon that claims of higher mAh also all those cheap used LG V20 that have shown up here and other sites. [ I bought one of those to, don't waist your money they are all in open packages not enclosed in original sealed LG packages] This YiSHDA battery is just so good as to an original LG Play More battery that came with LG V20. First this battery is about 52% charged out of the box [mine was but another could have slightly more or less percentage.] What this battery does best and so well to any after market battery that have higher mAh numbers is this battery supports 100% LG V20's fast charging capability. I got so sick of the other batteries that would show a couple of more hours in the battery estimate but only to have them fall short that they I would say all have long stupid slow charges and shorter battery life cycles and wouldn't last year from date of purchase from having a shorter life span and after 6 months would die in a half a day and needed more than 3 battery charges in day and over night all night charging. Disclosure: At the beginning of September I did buy the YiSHDA Lithium-poly battery and I do not recommend that anyone buy any of these type that say Lithium-Poly they are not LG V20 compatible at all and at some point they will all boot loop your phone so bad you won't be able to turn it on even with a full charge, also they charge very hot, plus they charge slow. That happened to me my phone was at 64% charge and it wouldn't turn on only just boot looping and returned as defective. Now this YiSHDA battery performs to the max. It's has never charged hot but only a mildly warm. I use the Accu battery app it shows the charging temp. I've never seen it even go over 107°F and then it will drop quickly. This battery has never once gone into a boot loop mode [basically the other type of battery is tricking phone's CPU that it's out juice]. Here is another plus with this battery I does not, and I mean - not - that anyone who buy this battery needs to do a 3-5 day phone off 0-100% battery provision type of charging. Yes, you can easily charge this battery how you want to to charge it on your first day of use. Every 0-100% charge just causes 1 battery cycle wear charge. I charged mine with the 52% to 100% charge with the phone off when I got and the battery had slow discharge rate. The LG V20 phone and battery work together just fine with the a first slow discharge rate and the battery holding the charge. It is a Lithium-ion battery myth anyway that you are some how calibrating the phone's battery in off mode from zero to one hundred charge. What you really doing by charging phone like that is recalibrating the phone's battery meter. Battery University has facts on this and it suggest doing it only twice in 5 days. I did mine twice in 24 hours but not from 0 either because the lower you drain the battery the more wear on the battery from a longer cycle charge. On Tuesday my third day the android battery ETA showed fantastic battery time like close to 12 hours with the battery saver on. I really work hard to preserve my new YiSHDA Lithium-ion battery my battery wear is at 92%. If you first charge it and get an immediate 1% percent drop just plug in the charger again and unplug it after the increase and it will hold the charge longer. This is likely to happen with the first charging session this battery does not have fast discharging after a first full charge from what my experience was. [I have had other LG batteries that drained fast from the first full charge and then after the next full charge it slowly drained normally after that. Here are a few stats from this battery I got a charge from 15-91% in 1 hour and 46 minutes. In just one hour of charging it went from 15%-58% with a screen off time and not in full use other than to peak at the accu battery app. On 6th day I got the the battery low to 4% and the phone was still on by the time I got home to charge it. Would it have gone down to 3 or 2% before dying? Probably, for a few extra minutes. Since I'm not trying to shorten the life span and battery cycles again I don't charge it to 100% or even try max it out it out to zero but I sometimes charge it in the low 90% range and keep in 80's and still it will show I can get roughly 8-11 hour estimates remaining with the battery saver on. Being on vacation my first week with this battery I have been using my phone heavily with a lot of morning, afternoon and evening on screen time. With a lot of screen on time rather than my normal at work stand by time mode most my double digit battery hour estimates are not as high plus they are going to be lower than estimates from a fully 100% charged phone. Next week I should see an increase in hours estimates in both battery apps from a major shift to more stand by hours increases. Here is another important thing this battery even a lot of high screen on time it still slowly discharges and will still charge at a good rate of speed when phone is still in use. I have needed to charge my LG V20 twice a day just a couple times during the week. Plus here is the biggest benefit of all no more over night charging with adaptor plugged in all night to morning by slow trickle charging a battery that just shortens the life span out of a battery but with the other I wouldn't have the choice because they would drain fast over night and be dead in the morning. I also try to save the most wear on the battery by not using phone while charging but that is hard to do at times. However this another good thing this battery does very well it charges the battery at a really good speed while you are using the LG V20. I can't count the number times slow charging batteries just can't charge the battery while plugged in, and would either maintain the charge, charge extremely slow, or the phone battery would still slightly discharge while in use until the screen got turned off. Thank you so much for reading my long review it wasn't written to be a professional type of review but I hate absolutely reading battery reviews that honestly people on Amazon won't tell you anything at all about a performance of a battery. They will tell you nothing meaningful about the battery itself. Like all they really care about it seems are those stupid plastic cases that break when they order those dumb double battery pack chargers that just waist their money. Nor do they tell you anything on performance of a single battery other they will mention a lithium-poly battery caused a boot loop issue but nothing from a whole week in use, how overall the battery performed, when and how often they charge it or worse, how long it takes to charge it and worst part don't even bother with telling you if the battery is fast charging compatible with the phone on. The only other thing reviewers care about are the double digit hours they see in battery estimate setting. Nobody uses their phone the same way anyway so those double digit hours are completely meaningless. The more the phone is in stand by time mode with the battery saver on with a slow draining battery that battery can easily exceed the hours shown in the android battery app setting and even on the accu battery app. I am ending this review now so that my phone can rest and charge the battery back to 80% with screen off. Feel free to ask questions if needed. Again thank you reading my review and I hope I gave you all information needed in your decision for a purchase for a replacement battery.

Excellent
Desperately needed a new battery for my LGV20 (the old one was swollen). This arrived faster than expected and was at 50% charge out of the box. It charged to 100% within an hour using a standard C cable. It holds a charge exactly like the original battery and fits well. Recommended!

Battery does not fit LG V20.
Decent price and delivery. Alas, had to return it: with its attached wrapping/tape (could not be removed) it would not fit well, and the back of the phone kept popping loose. Therefore, unusable.

It was too thick at one end. Phone cover wont stay shut.
I dont know how good the battery may or may not be.Since the phone cover wouldn't stay shut because the battery was too thick at the end opposite the charging end, I returned it. Is this the case with all the batteries with this brand for the LG V20 ? If it doesn't fit I don't want it.

Poor quality control this time around
Unfortunately, this battery isn't as usable as it was probably originally intended. I think the wrapping around it make it too bulky to use with case securely fastened. Looks loud quality control failed. I missed the window for return since it's been over 30 days.I went with this brand based on my previous experience with my LG G4. That battery fit perfectly and functioned well. I assumed it would for my new-to-me LG V20.

Good so far.. but we're only at 1 month old.
Four stars at 1-month. The battery is reasonably priced and so far has worked well holding a charge. If positive performance lasts lasts a year or more I would increase to five stars. I will check back in 3 months to confirm continuing positive experience.

6 month longevity
Only lasts about 6 months before it wont hold proper voltage and causes my phone to crash when below 30%. Drops from 50 to 1% in about 30 minutes of screen-on time.Avoid this and go for one of the Perfine Lithium Polymer batteries. Much better longevity - these Yishda cells are absolute crap.

Invalid Battery after a few months!
I get nothing but an invalid battery code now. Very disappointed. Was worth the inexpensive price for the time I had it, but it was still working until it decided to go to the same error a lot of other batteries get. Too late to return, will have to dispose of them properly now.

Seems like a good quality battery so far...
My original OEM LG battery lasted less than two years, and the battery life was horrible at that point. I went through a few cheap batteries, with minimal lifespan, invalid battery messages / reboots, swelling which would pop the back off the phone, etc. I also tried an OEM LG battery, with not much better luck. I finally found the AccuBattery app, which is a godsend - particularly for anyone with a removeable battery on their phone. I ran it for a bit - I was unsure if I had app issues, as the phone would often get hot and drain rapidly for no apparent reason. The battery I was using had a capacity of almost half the original rating - I wasn't even getting a year out of the replacements I had been buying. After doing some research on brand name replacements, I settled on this Yishda battery. I have only had it for a few weeks, but AccuBattery is reporting close to rated capacity (3181 mAh of 3200 mAh) after 23 charging sessions. With normal use, I can get a full day from the battery. With heavy use, I plug it in for a bit when I am in the car or at my desk. I have not had any heating up, invalid battery messages, or any of the other issues I have had in the past. Will see how it performs after a year, but for less than CDN $20, it is a bargain, and has allowed me to extend the life of what was originally a fairly expensive phone.

Works but the capacity is less than the original batter
This battery works but the capacity is slightly less than the original battery. However, it does its job.
