I have ordered these diapers several times in the XS size. I have been very happy with the quality of the diaper, but the XS size changed with my last order. It looks like they now use the Small size as the Extra Small size. The XS size that used to fit my 5lb dog no longer fits properly. Unfortunately for me I ordered 144 of them and could not wait for the exchange process because I only had a few diapers left when my order arrived. The waist is much larger and the hole for the tail is larger, which allows her feces to fall out. Sorry for the unpleasant detail, but it does certainly change the quality of this diaper. I will be ordering a different brand now and donating these to a shelter for a larger dog because XS is no longer a true XS.

I've been buying these for 2+ years and have loved them. This recent pack (144ct) doesn't seem to be the same now? In the past there were never leaks and they lasted through the night. Now I wake up to large puddles in the kitchen floor and the diaper is barely wet and still very secure. I have a lot of experience with this brand (3+ diapers/day for over two years) and had come to terms with paying the high price for good quality and no leaks... not anymore. I will buy from another brand now and I am so sad about it! What ever has changed, is for the negative!

We have been using these diapers for a couple years now. They are the best we have used. Our little 5 lb girl was born with spina bifida and is incontinent. These diapers are great. Because of how tiny she is and her narrow back end, we need to attach them to her harness to keep them on. But a lot of dogs that need diapers must have some kind of system to keep them in. In the spina bifida community, we usually use a harness with mitten clips or suspenders. But because my dog is so small, we use a ribbon. Works great! These diapers are super absorbent. Sometimes I think there is no way it can hold as much and am always pleasantly surprised.

Tried several brands for a tripod kitty with some neurological issues that keeps her from having full bowel/bladder control. These were by far the best. As it is hard to keep anything on with her scooting way of walking, I use a suitical suit over the diaper to really keep it on. Most brands still had some leakage. These were the best! These are the best diapers on the market! I have yorkies and have been using these diapers for over a year now and love them! No leaks, super super absorbent, highly recommend them! Another big plus is that the company ships very fast, it always arrives before expected!

Although I measured per the instructions, they were too small. My dog wiggled right out of them. I don’t think I’ll order a larger size. It’s obvious that this is almost as much of a mess as using puppy pads. A disputed dog is going to require daily bathing. Exhausting.

I normally buy another brand, however, decided to give this brand a try and am so glad I did. My dog is a 12yo terrier that weighs 18lbs and the size medium fits her perfectly. There's been no leaking or irritation and my dog is as happy as ever. The price and quantity you get is also very sweet on the wallet so am thinking, I might be ordering these again in the future. Would definitely recommend.
