If I could rate this a -4, I would. You only get 44, so the cost is really $2.05 each, NOT $0.68 each! I will say these do work well for overnight use or in a car for long rides. But, buyer beware!

I use these on my 96 year old mother who has dementia. She hates getting up to change them so the less often the better. We only have to change them four times a day. The most extraordinary thing is, there is seldom a leak and we have NEVER had the slightest hint of a rash. NASA knew what they were doing when they came up with this miracle! While you would say they are expensive, using fewer helps. The bigger savings is in no extra loads of laundry from accidents. It saves your back and time as well. Yep, a miracle!

Great product ! Well made, great design in a brief ! Comfortable & absorbent. I would not want to wear one diaper for 27 hours in space...not that absorbent but on Earth, it is much better than most !

I have a lot of others, that I have tried, none really were right for me. These are so much better in fit & performance. Just what I needed. Wish they had a discounted & subscription automatic shipments.

I have tried several adult diapers for my husband and these by far are the best I have found in the market place.

Very good product, but when I went to reorder by the case it is unavailable. If you need this product it should be available at a cost savings by the case as are the other sizes of this product.

As a caregiver, these are great! Fit is good and he is comfortable. Recommend!
