This is an amazing offering of black teas from India and China. If you are new to loose leaf tea or a seasoned veteran you will enjoy this assortment of flavored and single estate teas. These are 1 oz. (28 gr.) samples that will provide about 8-10 cups of great tea each. We highly encourage you to experiment with the amount of tea that you use per cup. The recommendation is based on 6 oz. of water per cup. Since most people don't drink that small amount of tea, carefully measure your favorite mug to see how many ounces of liquid that it holds and then use 1 level teaspoon per 6 oz. to start with. One of the most common complaints about tea is that is too weak. This can be sometimes attributed to too much water to tea ratio. Our Earl Grey Premium is a classic strong flavored black tea. This tea contains Ceylon (Sri Lanka), and Yunnan, China black tea with a natural Bergamot oil sourced from France. Our Caramel Chai is a new twist to a traditional India Chai. It has all of the traditional ingredients of a traditional Chai (cinnamon, cardamom, coriander, and aniseed) plus a great caramel flavor. Use this tea for your base of a great Chai latte! (Our Chai does has a dairy ingredient). Mango Madness is a flavorful fun black tea with mango, vanilla, sunflower blossoms, and rose petals for a nice smooth tea. This makes a great iced tea too! To round out this selection, we have a classic Assam single estate tea from the Mokalbari Tea Estate in Assam, India. This tea estate has been growing tea for almost 100 years and is located in one of the largest tea growing regions in the world. The high quality tea leaves are graded at TGFOP1 (Tippy, Golden, Flowery, Orange Pekoe, 1). This tea can easily take milk and a sweetener. We think you will like this great black tea assortment.
