The product did not work at the beginning. So I contacted the seller. I was contacted by customer service about the issue which was the camera would not charge. I did not want to send the camera back so I told customer service that I would buy a new cable cord. Customer Service suggested to send me a new cable cord which I stated was fine. So, when they send the cable cord they also sent a new camera and the camera charged up without a problem. The pictures from the camera came out so nice. I am so appreciated to them for listening to my concern and then fixing the problem. I can honestly say you guys are the best and I love the camera. Thank you so much for the extra one too.

I bought this camera to take close up pictures of my artwork for making prints. When it arrived, I was eager to try it. The very first picture was curved on the outer edges as though it was taken through a sphere. I thought it must be a setting, so I fiddled with all the settings and nothing helped. Tried attaching the included macro lens and still the image was distorted.I gave this one star because there is simply no cause for any camera, no matter how cheaply built, to change the shape of the image. My rectangular canvases looked like bloated trapezoids. It was awful and there's no excuse.At least I can say that I wasn't given any hassle at all about the return and I received my refund right away.All that said, it would probably work ok if you only take pictures of things 10 feet away or more... Which is baffling to me because a macro lens (like the one included!) is literally designed to take extreme close up photos.... Yet it distorts the image.Solid construction, poor design, incapable of quality close up pictures.

This was a bust for me......heavy to carry back packing.......poor quality picture as compared to my phone. I should have stayed with the phone or spent the money for a better camera. It is better than no camera but it was a poor option for me and my needs. The product finctions and probably does what it should at this price point.

was looking for a pocket camera to carry in situations where i didnt want to take my good SLR. love the huge view screen and touch screen easy to navigate. However camera tends to take slightly blurry pictures in anything other than optimal situations. Im going to continue to play with settings to see if it will improve. For the price it will work for what i needed

very nice camera, solid, works well, touch screen makes it very easy to change adjustments. don't remove the protective film over the display, it works just fine with the film intact and protects the screen. only issue when using the wide angle lens it obscures the flash and causes a dark area depending on how close you are. not a deal breaker.

Great pictures..

There is NOTHING 4K about this camera except for the writing on it's side. After having it on my shelf for a while I decided to open it up and see if there were defects. I thought maybe something was wrong that's why all my photos were turning out like hot garbage... Oh how wrong I was!After unscrewing the bottom plate the first thing to come off was a weight. I already was shaking my head. 20 screws later and 3 more weights came out and the lens shroud is a weight as well. The shroud is nothing but milled aluminum. This camera has worse quality than a baby monitor or a old camera phone. It's pathetic. The added weights weigh more than the actual functional components in this trash camera.DO NOT BUY!

For me , the zoom is worthless, it does take really nice photos though!
