Easily inserted. It’s made with coconut oil so it’s self lubricating. Takes a few doses for me to really work fully. Be sure you don’t have to be anywhere for a few hours or do it before bed and wear underwear cause it definitely wants to come back out a little at a time!

Good product and have ordered several times, but they sent it USPS in a plastic envelope and the box was all smashed up and the blister pack was loose. Had the suppositories themselves not been in the blister pack they would have been unuseable. So, beware.

I don't think they heal inflammation but they do moisturize and make it easier to go. What I don't like is that they are oily and they will leak out onto your underwear most of the time.
