Excellent flavor, mild pump, not much besides that
The brand is great, flavor is very good, but at least for me (I train at night and if i get caffeine after 6pm i will not sleep that day), but did not feel any difference on the days i took this and the days i did not, i guess my body is better suited for stimulant pre-workouts, but this one stim free i would not buy again due to seeing no results from it.

So easy to take and effective
The taste is great. I rather take a liquid shot over a powder type. I would take it before I leave for fitness and drive there for about 15 minutes.

Waste of money
Bought this since the original Jekyll pre workout was not available for purchase. This did absolutely nothing. No pump, no energy. Nothing. Don’t waste your money. I rarely use caffeine so I thought stimulant free wouldn’t be an issue but I guess it.

Surge of energy
Best pre workout mix. Great surge of energy without the crash or weird jitters. I usually workout right after work but need energy because my job literally drains me. One shot of this and I’m ready to hit the bag. The Cherry Popsicle flavor isn’t bad either.

Must have for pre-workout!
This pre-workout is highly recommended. I go to kickboxing 4 times a week and I've seen a difference with my workout when I used this product. I have more energy. Love the taste and how simply it is to use. Will be buying again.

Very easy and simple. Throw down a couple servings and jump into my workout. I prefer to use it as a stack with other pres.
