Are these made in the US?

On the bottle it says distributed by Lucy's Enterprises City of Industry, Ca. It does not say were it is made.

does it pour fast? does it have a slow stopper so it doesn't pour out fast?

No stopper at all. I pour it into smaller bottles with pour spouts. My customers like this syrup allot.

How much syrup does it take to make a good flavored snow cone? I’m making snow cones for a youth group and trying to calculate how much syrup to buy.

Someone said 4-5 ounces per cone; I don't use NEARLY that much. I use the 9 oz clear plastic cups. I shape a nice ball of snow taking up most of the cup. I add 2-2.5 ounces of syrup -- usually one ounce of one flavor on one side, and another ounce of another flavor on the other side. Then I drizzle a small amount to finish off the color. If I were selling them, I'd probably need to make 'em bigger, but these are just treats for my kids after dinner...

Do these container artificial sweetener? Do they have Red #40?

It does have Red # 40. I never used ot for that reason.
