Near perfect for iron and aluminum
Honestly even better than it sells itself as - this paint works *wonderfully* for all silvery/grey metals. Remember minis are small, they need extra help with the light, so the fact that its a bit lighter than an iron or steel is fine and easier to adjust with underlayers.

A bit thin and doesn't look as much like wood as hoped
A bit thin so takes a few coats so it does not look so transparent. Also does not look as much like "wood" as I hoped. Perhaps fresh wood.

Pretty good stuff, dries relatively fast, has self-leveling characteristics, no problems with adhesion. Haven't tried airbrush application but it brushes well with watercolor brushes. Not as heavily pigmented as I'd like but after a few coats it's more or less opaque. If you're painting plastics or metals you'll want to prime first to ensure good adhesion. A clear top coat will improve durability.

Necesitaba un reemplazo para este color. La idea era pintar los droides B1 de Star Wars en la batalla de Geonosis. Con una base de imprimación negra y dos capas de este color, he conseguido este efecto. Estoy muy contento con la compra. Además, Vallejo es una marca de toda la vida, que llevo años usando. Conviene recordar que hay que agitar el bote vigorosamente. El tupido es prefecto y con una pincelada basta. Es excelente. Como punto negativo, que no va dirigido al producto en sí, están los gastos de envío, que más que duplican el precio del artículo. Debería estar disponible en Amazon Prime. Por lo demás, encantado con la compra.
