Great product, not true 4000 mAh
This unit is soooo convenient because these 3 main charging ports support basically almost everyone's cell phones and portable electronics around me. If I or someone I know have a phone that's out of power, this definitely will take care of it since it can charge samsung, apple, LG, and etc phones and accessories.The 1 star deduction is due to its false claim of 4000mAh. It seems like there are a lot of power banks these days with false capacity claim. The efficiency of the power banks are normally 70-75%. I own a rave power 3200mAh which is about the same size and the same ability to charge my iphone 5 150%. That means this palm pearl is approximately 3200mAh. I was dubious of the 4000mAh immediate after opening the package. This unit is quite small. Taking off the top 1/2 off for storing cables and the thickness of the hard plastic case, you get only the bottom 1/2 of the egg like power bank to store a 3200mAh battery pack.Other than the false claim on the capacity, it appears to be working really well. I was able to charge the iphone 4, 4s, 5, 5c, and 5S without a problem. I've used it for about a month now. At one time, it shows that it's not compatible with my 5S, but it's okay now. It was able to charge multiple devices at once as well.I would highly recommend this product for those who want to charge your smart phones 1-2; it's not for ipad and other tablets out there. I really like how there are 4 cables attached to it and you wouldn't need to carry on any extra cables to charge it. i bought it for $16 since it was the last one from one other seller to test it out. I think there might be other sellers selling this unit if you really want to spend some time to save some money. Other than that, $40 on this unit is a bit high for a 3200 but you get the convenience of all 3 charging cables attached, micro-usb, iphone 4/4s, and iphone 5/5c/5s.
