This is the only device like this I've ever used, so I can't compare. That said, this think is super easy to use and clean. The instructions were clear. Fits well directly over my cup. I'm really happy with the product, and would buy it again if needed.

There is a strange coating on the finished product that doesn't come off even in washing and using a few times. Would NOT recommend

Overall, it is pretty good.
Does a pretty good job.A small amount of coffee grounds do get through, though, especially if you try it without the top filter that goes on top of the grounds. I tried that a couple of times to make the pour-over go faster.This won't work with loose-leaf tea, due to size of holes -- which is fine.

I love this little coffee filter. It is easy to use once you get the hang of it. Its great not worrying about buying paper filters. I 10\10 recommend.
