Don't install them facing anywhere, but up, or water gets inside.
The low voltage was why I got these, but after a bit, water got I side. Luckily they still work, just not as bright.

Reasonably priced and decent brightness
Surprisingly did better than I thought they would. The light is fairly bright but not over powering. It's more of a wash or narrow flood. Definitely not a spot for focusing on one plant but it does a nice job lighting a wider area such as a bigger plant or wall wash. Its throw is maybe 6 or 7 ft before it isnt as focused or bright. The mounting bracket could be a bit stronger metal as it will bend if you don't loosen the side bolts completely tho.

Rust
After a couple of weeks the bolts started to rust. The fixtures are working good easy to install.

2nd Purchase
These worked out so well on a house I recently sold I bought them again for my new house.

Very bright
I have used outdoor low voltage lighting around my house for about 10 years. These are the brightest ones that I have found for teh price and size of the light. You have to cut in to the main line to attach these lights. I have found over the years that splicing together the lights is the best way to hook up your lights. The lights that just plug into the main line seem to have glitches over time and you are constantly moving the connection around to get them to work. I really like these lights, especially for the price.

Good light, but be wary during install.
The brightness was perfect - I was replacing a 7W system and wanted something a little brighter but not something that would make my yard look like a ballpark. While it was easy to install, the bolts didn't have enough travel into the base to actually tighten the light to the point where it would for sure stay if brushed up against. On that note, the base arm which you attach to the stake was of truly inferior quality - half of mine twisted/bent as I angled the light after installation.

Difficult to install
The lumens and durability of the lights is ok. The wire diameter leading from the fixture are very small and contain only a few strains of copper wire to work with. I found it very difficult to mate these wires to the landscape wire because of the extreme difference in the diameter of the wires. There are more workable clips that would make this connection better but they are very expensive.

Not very bright
Tver look great and appear durable to last a while. However, they are not bright like I expected. They would be perfect if they were more bright like daylight spotlights
