Don't waste your money!

I am A pool company in Naples Florida . Llc .. I’m getting too old to get on my hands and knees to use the old school vac and hose , plugged into the skimmer...I found and I’ve been using the pool Blaster commercial grade for the last year.. after finding it reliable , doing 100 pools per week , I decided to invest in the much larger and more powerful PRO 1500..I used it last week , I am happy with it...The additional vac head is good for the concrete pools..THIS COMPANY homestore123 company is reliable and reputable..Take it from me I’m a pro and so is this PRO 1500!Much better then the alternatives and very portable ... no car battery to lug around on a cart, like the competition..Their customer service is prompt and very good..They stand behind their products ... It really does a good job it was what I was looking for. and the price was right..

Considering the price and that they are calling it a "PRO" model, the Pool Blaster PRO 1500 is a huge disappointment. They put a lot of effort into making it appear to be useful, but it simply doesn't have the suction to clean a pool. The oversized vac head is useless considering there is only enough suction to pick up a small piece of debris located directly under the suction port. I purchased this item to save time with cleaning pools that only have a few little spots that need attention, but it ended up taking far longer than if I were to connect a traditional vacuum setup and vacuum the pool the old way. The difference is that the conventional vacuum setup works in even the dirtiest pools, and costs about a quarter of what I paid for the Pool Blaster PRO 1500. I have used other battery powered pool vacuums, and while none of them perform great, they do about as good as the Pool Blaster PRO 1500, but for a fraction of the price.

I have purchased the Pool Blaster Pro in mid May 2021. I used it approx 10 times in total. The main chamber is not fully secured to prevent water leakage which prevents batteries contacts. In addition, both batteries died also. I had a Pool Blaster 900 which also failed for the same reason. The customer service department advised me that any repairs, inclusive of shipping will be at my cost. I missed the 1 year warranty allowance by few days. I tried to explain to the service department that this is the second Pool Blaster that has failed after a very limited amount of usage: generally their disposition has been: "sorry...not our problem". They tried to improve the leakage and batteries protection on the 1500 series but , to my opinion, they failed again. It is unreasonable that a $700 range Pool Cleaner will be usable only for one season. This item is good "when it works", however, it is totally unreliable after being used few times. The fact that the customer service refused any minimum cooperation is simply terrible and and insult to customers.I live in the East Coast which means that this cleaner will only be used for couple of months and perhaps once or twice per week. It is not worth to spend $700 for one season usage. I remain very upset that the customer service department has not made an attempt to solve this issue in a more reasonable manner. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT APPROACH.

Not user friendly. One battery did not work right out of the box. You have to disassemble the thing to charge the battery. Not very good suction at all. I would expect this from a cheaper item but not at this price range. I have had no response from the seller. I don’t normally write reviews but everyone needs to know.

This actually works! We were skeptical about how effective it would be in our large pool. It picks up leaves, dirt, and other small debris with relative ease. As others have suggested, it works best when used slowly and methodically.

I am a swimming pool maintenance professional. The suction power isn't great and I did not like using it in my inground pools. I bought it to help me go faster during these scorching days. It just slowed me down more. But the Company was great at refunding me back my money 😊.
