Wow wow wow !!! I have been in agony now for about 2-3 months with head, neck & shoulder pain . I suffer terribly with anxiety disorder and it doesn't help as I'm always tense. I purchased this after reading some reviews , I was about 50% hopeful it could help me . After my first go I actually felt some relief ! The tension eased and the aches and pains subdued. . The best £25ish pound I've ever spent ! My husband is happy as I won't keep pestering him for a shoulder & neck massage lol I don't have a spare £50 a month to go for massages and believe me with this massager I won't need to . Do not buy if you want a softly softly massage as this isn't for you , this massager gets deep into your tissue and really gives it some welly . .The only negative in my eyes is its not cordless , but i can deal with that . Highly recommend it to anyone who wants a good deep tissue massage at a very very reasonable price.

I purchased this product which really helped with my neck and shoulder problem, it really eased my pain and i was so relieved that it did exactly what it promised. Unfortunately, my dog got hold of the cable !!!!! i know!!! which made the massager unusable..... I contacted the seller and explained my dialmma, without hesitation they sent a replacement plug and im now so very happy. I would recommend this company and product.

This is the first massager I’ve ever bought, so can’t compare with others. I only bought it because I got it cheaper in the sales, (£28) I’m 5’7”, small framed and this works fine with me. It’s a bit bulky, but seems well made. The heat function as others have mentioned doesn’t really get that hot, mildly warm at best I’d say. But the massage function feels really good once you work out how to use it properly. It feels REALLY good when massaging the back of your neck (especially if you tilt your head forward with the massager sitting on top of your neck), and good for massaging shoulders, working all the way down the back. I soon worked out the more you pull on the hangers/sleeves the more deep/intense the massage. It can get painful if you pull too hard on the hangers/sleeves. If you want a nice relaxing, therapeutic massage, pull the hangers/sleeves gently. If you need a more intense massage pull the hangers/sleeves harder. Just sit forward with the massager in place, pull the hangers/sleeves and move your hands and arms around a bit to find where you want the pressure applied, and also how much pressure you actually want applying. You can make the massage as soft or as hard as you like using this technique. The pics are misleading as you can’t see the power cable in any pic, suggesting it’s cordless/rechargeable. But it’s not. In the product description write up it clearly states it’s an electric corded device. This is not a rechargeable product. It works with a power lead plugged into a wall socket and connected to the massager while you use it! I’ve used it several times to date. If I run into any future problems or I find out how fantastic it is at sorting out tension/stress/aching muscles I will be sure to update this review. So far after a little massage session I definitely feel better. But I haven’t used it yet when I’ve had tension/stress/aching muscles, because I haven’t had any such problems since I’ve had this device. They’ll come sooner or later. From what I have seen and experienced so far this product would make a good Xmas present. *update* 7th April 2024 As promised I said I would update if I experienced something different. I’m still using it regularly and it’s still working good with no visible signs of wear. The other day I had terrible tension/stress in my upper back and neck caused by looking down for long periods. (I was actually doing a jigsaw and really got into it 😁, but I was bending my head, looking down for 12 hours 2 days on the trot). And the inevitable happened. Anyway I used my massager for about 20 mins and I was instantly cured. Fantastic, I would now give this product 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Fantastic product for the money. Does a nice simple massage where variable size nodes twist around, I believe it’s referred to as Shiatsu style. You can change the speed and direction, and add heat if you like. I dont want the heat, so havnt tried that particular feature. I’ve had a Homedic chair size version before which this is basically a cut down version of, works in the same way and provides the same level of massage. However, with this, while you dont get a whole back/underleg massage, you can easily move it around to get a massage on neck, central back, left and right side of back etc. The hangers make it easy to manipulate it to where you need it which is very handy. I have also owned a full size premium chair massager in the past, and while this obviously doesn’t compare, it is around a 60th of the price lol. If you dont want to blow a fortune, but would like some relief from time to time after a hard day etc, you really cannot go wrong for the money.

Best massage machine by far. I have purchased this machine a few times as I use machine daily!!!! I have used a few massage machines in the past, and this is my favourite one, it really does the job, it is FIRM and get all the knots out, I would highly recommend. If anything the size has gone smaller since I bought few years ago. And very good price do not get the RENPHO brand, don’t let the reviews fool you, as reviews are based on other items they have, their massage machine was CRAP, and did NOTHING, was like a swedish massage.

I only got mine today, so I cannot yet speak of longevity, but holy smokes! First off, I was impressed when I unboxed it, because it feels very well made and durable. It’s probably not real leather but it doesn’t feel like the thin stuff that goes flakey right away either, it’s good stuff. The buttons are big and easy to use and it feels comfortable to wear. It is a bit bulky but that’s to be expected with it accommodating the internal mechanisms. Then I plugged it in (it does not have a battery) and tried it out and wow! Surprisingly it does feel like a real good massage and doesn’t require a lot of weight from your arms in order to be effective. The heating aspect is really nice and soothing and the massage feels nice on not only the neck, but the whole back. I got this because I’m always saying I’d love a massage and recently I’ve been having a lot of constant neck pain too… it has already helped loosen that out just today, but I did my whole back with it because it felt so good lol On the whole, given how affordable it is, especially in comparison to going to a spa/salon for a massage, I’m very happy and would recommend! Even if it doesn’t last for years I still think it’s worth the money whilst it does last.

I was initially really pleased with this because the massaging was firm and felt great on my shoulders. After only a short while, however, and despite having my arms in the loops, the massager kept slipping down and off of my shoulders. I had to keep hoisting it back up which defeated the purpose really. The heat element also wasn’t very good. I decided to return it.

I have been using this neck massager for about 15 months, and it is already falling apart. The internal gears started slipping and making grinding noises, rendering the massage function useless. To make things worse, the mesh fabric cover is poor quality and has already developed holes. ​Since it is just past the 1-year warranty, the seller offers no help. It seems like this product is designed to last just long enough for the warranty to expire. Very disappointed with the durability. Save your money and look for a more reliable brand.
