The instructions didn't make sense to me, but the lamp was easy to assemble without using the instructions anyway. I wasn't sure how to mount it to the wall, but then I realized... screw the round metal base to the wall first, then put the lamp on top of it-- duh!They're so cute and easy to use. I ended up taping the bottom of the cords to the wall so they're straight. :)

We used 3 of these in a cabin, the photo shows two. We've had some issues with quality, we actually bought 4 and are replacing one of the three with our extra, thus the 4 stars instead of 5. Get the right bulbs, we had some that would flicker, thought it was an electrical problem with one of these light fixtures, but turned out to be bulb, replaced with very similar bulb and no problem,it was odd. They look cute, just don't want to run into them, they're not super high-quality "tough." Ours are low and in busy places, we wish we put them higher and more out of the way, but the cords are short for placing them high, and we had to out them where previous things were on the wall, to cover some things up. They are WHITE underneath/inside, I thought they would be bronze, just a heads-up on that, as well. And we needed to use bright white not daylight bulbs to get enough shine out of them. But, we like them, they are doing the job we needed them to so and they go with the decor.

I love these lamps! I was annoyed that you have to assemble them. I read reviews and someone said you could plug these in right away...wrong. They can either be hardwired in or you can assemble,hang with screws and plug in. It's dimmable and saves space. It didn't take me too long to put together but directions were tricky. There are two colored wires to connect. The black goes with black and white with white. If I can figure it out, I think most could.

I purchased these lamps for my living room. My husband found the lamps easy to assemble. We did not hardwire them. He did say to attach the receptacle plate to the wall first, then attach the assembled lamp to the receptacle. It took him less than 30 minutes to assemble and hang both lamps. I love the fact they are dimmable! I am so well pleased with these lamps that I anticipate purchasing more sets for other rooms of the house. I highly recommend this product!

These came in a small box and in pieces so it requires a little bit of installation. The instructions weren't great, but the product itself is easy enough to figure out. They look great hanging up on the wall. I bought electrical cord covers so you can't see the cords coming down to the outlets. I like that they are dimmable. They don't get super bright though so they definitely shouldn't be used as the main source of light in a room. Nice matte finish.

Looks great and super easy to install. Notice them immediately when you walk in.

Ive been looking for 2 farmhouse style lamps to hang on each side of my bed above our nightstands, and didn't want the extra work of wiring electricity wtc.. These couldn't have been more perfect.. And the price was right! The look just as pictured... I installed them both myself in about 45 mins. Someone more handy and less kids running amuck could've taken less time Im sure. They come with a dimmer switch on each which is placed at the most functional position on the cord laying so we can just lean right over and turn off and on. Perfect size I plan on pirchasing more in the future for abovey makeup vanity in the bathroom! Definitely recommend these light fixtures.

The fixtures are nice looking, however only 1 of them worked. Contacted seller but instead of getting a replacement I am getting a run around. Would give a better rating if both lamps worked or if the seller had sent a proper replacement. Additionally our order didn't include any instructions, however it is pretty basic wiring. We are using ours plugged to a wall outlet.EDIT/UPDATE: Seller is sending a replacement.
