Connected fast... but, dead after 5 months. Warranty is 3 years.Attempted to reach seller for warranty replacement... cannot do it via Amazon; found their website, used Contact feature... Only get an error message on their website email. Also attempted sending email to CS, but got bounce back as error.

These suck they don’t hold a charge and I never got to finish a call on them a complete waste of money

Broke. Not worth the money. Had to get Mpow, is much better.

Not good quality and I cant recommend to someone due to it has a very thin sound that makes your ear hurt when someone speaking or a noise on background like a dog barking while you are talking to someone with the Bluetooth

This Bluetooth is the best one i have.Pros -1. Bluetooth range is really good.2. Excellent sound quality for music.3. Wonderful sound quality even when you do internet calls, which is really hard to find in any bluetooth in this price.4. Amazing battery life, as it lasts up to 9-10 hours.5. Very comfortable as well.6. It was really easy to connect it with my phone and you can connect 2 devices at same time.Cons -There is no cons for this productsIt does fall off sometimes, but i have this issue with other headphones as i have small ears. So, i will not consider it as con for this really nice and budget friendly product.I am uaing this from almost a month now, still if in case i will have any issue with them, i will definable edit my review

I purchased this headset April 24/2020 and it was delivered early May. The past couple of days I get constant static and a cyclic beep in the headset, which is extremely annoying. I'd like to get the set replaced please as it's just over 3 months old.Tried to contact the company for warranty replacement, but their Contact form won't send and there's no other way to contact them. I'd have preferred direct contact but there doesn't seem to be a way.UPDATE Sept. 2020:Banigipa reached out to me, gave me some troubleshooting tips that didn't work, and agreed to ship replacement unit under warranty. Took a bit to find the vendor contact info but they contacted me based on my review, I guess. I really liked the unit when it worked so hope this replacement lasts better.

I bought it for my husband as he drives transport and was constantly going through headphones.A lot of the war pieces and headphones he used I could still hear the truck and traffic in the background. But with this headpiece I only hear him, and it’s really clear- he even brings it home on weekends and uses it for all phone calls while he’s out and about.He loves it!

Great customer service. After 8 months my Bluetooth stop charging. I was kind of sad because I really love this headset. I called customer service and they sent me a new one.I'm so happy to get a new replacement headset without any additional charges.I want to thank the customer service representative Wendy that always follow up my emails and answered my questions very professional.Great customer service and I love the quality of the product.

We purchased this for my husband so when he drove he could use it. However, the noise canceling on it is not the greatest and the battery life is not good for someone who works a 12 hour shift.
