Listen to my story... EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
i know people read these reviews and wonder if they are real. I bought 8 LED Solar Deck Lights from COSTCO 8 months ago and the batteries died, so i bought this pack of eight AA batteries from EBL. I was disappointed because when i put them in they were in the solar lights all day charging and only lasted an hour the first night. when i contacted them they went above and beyond to help me out. Turns out the batteries come about 60% charged so you do need to charge them with a charger, which I got from EBL. Now that they are charged 100% from the start, they solar charge and discharge right every night, and I have a the EBL charger for other batteries and to give the solar ones a boost when needed, but so far they work great. For such a small purchase I applaud them in their very quick response and customer service help. They emailed me just about every other day to make sure things were working. I would DEFINITELY BUY from them again. Thank you Jackson from EBL for your help!

The batteries are well packaged, reasonably priced, and all 8 took a full charge. Time will tell if they last very long.

Didn't work for my solar light setup
Initial charge lasted 2 nights in solar light and never recharged. Update- Customer service contacted me and made the recommendation of using the wall charger. This would be perfect advice for typical battery products. Unfortunately my solar lights required screwing and unscrewing the panel on each light in Oder to replace the batteries. Doing that every few days wouldn’t work so they provided me a full refund. Excellent customer service.
