Love the temperature controls and ability to add oil and water for steam

I wanted to love this straightener, but the steam feature simply doesn’t work. The so-called “fill port” above the High Temp Caution label is sealed shut — no water goes in, even with the included squeeze bottle or at different angles. After checking the manual and online photos, it’s clear some units are built without an actual opening to the water tank. I never even plugged it in because it’s unusable out of the box. Very disappointed in the quality control. Don’t waste your time unless the company fixes this flaw.

Woow, I have very long hair and I have to use my iron in the highest setting. I also have to do at least 3 passes to get my hair perfect. This steamer is outstanding!!!!! I can do my hair in minutes, only going thru it once. It is very powerful, it gets very hot and I did not have to use the full power. It is the best thing I have ever tried. I did not know how so little water would be effective but it works very well; it does not take the entire little bottle that comes with it, in only takes a little bit of water. I can hear the steam when I press it on the hair. Great machine, I am happy to write a review.

This product heats up quickly and it’s very easy to use. The cords is longer than miss flat irons I’ve used in the past. I would sure recommend it to women of color because I didn’t have to use it for several weeks because my hair was still straight.

Did not like this product. Not good value for the money.

I bought this as a gift for my friend, who has Afro-textured hair. After a month of use, she commented that it works very well to straighten and smooth out her hair, which is pretty apparent to her family and friends. She highly recommend using the oil/water mixture to maintain the hydration, softness, and shine of the hair. She is very pleased with this product and would buy it for herself in the future.

This gets my curly kinky hair super straight and very shiny. Just a little squirt of water in the straightener and it steams my thick hair several times over. It comes with a little bottle to help get the water in. My hair is hard to tame and I’ve got to say this works. It is the best straightener I’ve ever used. I think it’s even better then the one my hair dresser uses.
