At first the rubber smell was very strong. After few days, the smell is gone. Would have preferred a small ball as it will be more comfortable when i put my body parts on it to roll.

My dance conditioning workout called for massage balls and they work well. They stable and don’t easily slip. They don’t have a weird rubber smell and the value was OK.

It really gets the knots and pain out. After a day massaging back to back in a spa doing massages, I come home and roll on these. I lay on the floor, place one underneath my shoulder blade on the area that hurts, and hold it until the knot releases. Then I lay on my side and roll it a bit lower than my armpit. 15 minutes brings me so much relief. I also put it under my glutes sitting on long journeys in the car. It’s a game changer.
