A bargain at this price!
All the basic features plus some, and at this price point?Seamlessly integrated with IOS, great battery life, accurate step count. Activities options are plenty. TXT Messages, with alerts. The app controls are easy to use, so is the set up. 2 bands included, black and brown!Great overall "smart watch" with good amount of features! Just don't expect the sp02 and the BP reading to be dead accurate, being a wrist unit (but the same goes for even x5 more expensive dedicated wrist BP cuffs)Definitely worth every penny for every day basic use!

Great product!
I got this health tracker/watch to help monitor my activity while keeping track of my health. I don't sleep well and was excited to see how the sleep tracking function worked. I really like this product a lot! At first it was a bit complicated to get it started but once I followed the instructions and downloaded the app, all the questions that I had were magically answered. I even at one point contacted customer service to ask them a few questions and they got right back to me. I was able to let them know at that time that all my questions had been answered. The one thing that I can say that is a slight downside is the battery life. I have to charge it every other day. It still has power bars but I prefer to keep it charged when it is one to two bars down. The tocy screen is easy to use. All in all, I am very happy with this product.

Very nice for the money but lacking in a few (excusable) areas
I like the look of this watch and it feels durable in the short time I've had it. It's comfortable, has a good display, pairs excellently with the app and has some features I truly love (like the bp monitor, music control and - best of all- the "find my phone" feature for those mornings you're in a rush and don't have your head screwed on right). The downsides? Well, for starters, it doesn't have NEARLY the battery life they claim. After a day, it's usually down to 50%. There's no way I'm ever going to believe this watch can take four days without a recharge. Sorry. Not gonna happen. Now, it's an easy recharge, but the life is disappointing. Also upsetting is the sleep tracker. There has to be a way to track waking up better than this one. It requires 15 consecutive steps to see you as awake. If you live in a small apartment and take a shower as soon as you get up, you may not take that many steps. I was "asleep" one day for 10 hours or so because I took my time using the bathroom, taking a shower and shaving. I might as well have not tracked at all.I'd also like them to be more clear on whether it's water resistant or waterproof because there's a big difference. It is good for 3 atm, but I don't trust it for activities like swimming. From what I've read, 3 atms is -RESISTANT, not -PROOF. Waterproof is a big claim. I'd like some online support for that claim before I do something like get into the jacuzzi or even shower. All in all, it's a good buy, though. Just wish these holes were filled.

Good watch but not for exercising
Overall, it's not a bad watch for the money. I chose this one due to decent reviews and wanted one with blood pressure.I matched blood pressure to cuff machine a few times and once I figured out how to sit and relax my arm it was pretty consistent and close. When I wasn't doing it right the systolic reading would come out significantly higher. My complaint in this area is the app doesn't keep track of your readings. The app was decent overall but would have difficulty syncing at times.Notifications worked well in most aspects. Main issue here was email would come in as two, one showing recipient and other showing sender and no subject. It would also keep bringing up later even if you went through the notifications. Had to actually open email on phone to stop repeated alerts. All others worked well.Biggest complaint is using for exercising. While it tracked resting heart rate well it was very low when exercising. Use a Polar chest monitor as well which I've validated as close but the watch would be consistently 25-35 bpms on average lower. Ensured it was cleaned. Tried different tightness levels, from snug to pinching skin. Even shaved hair.If not for the exercise aspect I would have rates higher and it could be a decent watch if you don't care about that feature.

I would recommend this watch to anyone.
I have had this watch 4 days now. I am very happy overall with the watch. The only item I wish improved is the battery life. Using the watch continuously while walking and checking heart rate constantly, the watch used 1/2 of its battery life. I admit I was playing more then using it in a normal manner. In a normal situation the watch appeared to use about 1/4 of its power in a day. I expect in my daily routine to get 4 days out of the watch before a re-charge. The good, is that the watch has a magnetic charging cable, with very strong magnets. It is extremely simple to connect the charger. it takes longer to type it, then to actually do it. Also we have to charge our phones every single day, and I do not hear people complaining about that, so take this all with a large grain of salt. Messages and notifications come through nicely. The watch displays the most recent 5 notifications.Heart rate and oxygen monitors on me were within 1% or less of the Doctors actual measurements. Blood pressure seemed to be 10% off in its readings as tested by the Dr. He said that he can take 10 readings in a row and they all are different. We know that none of these watches are expected to replace a medical test of course. Mine shows the range of my own blood pressure as I know it has been for 30 years. It goes up and down as I expect it to based on activity levels. I like the sports activity monitor. Connected with my phones GPS it is very accurate. The watch band is a rubbery vinyl feel. It is very comfortable on the wrist. My wrist will get a rash from leather bands. This band has been fine on my body.Overall I would recommend this watch to all my family and friends.
