it's a balloon idk how much of a review i can write ahah but it did blow off with the wind so just be cautious or hang it on the wall very well!

I bought these balloons for my birthday in September. They were so well inflated that we kept them up for my roommates’ birthdays, too. 6 months later and they’re still in perfect condition, without any deflation! These should last the rest of the year and I’m sure we’ll get to my remaining two roommates’ birthdays in May and July!

It took some doing to get it blown up.

I wanted to love these balloons but there was no easy way to blow them up and they didn’t include a string for the balloon either once it was inflated. Absolutely asinine way to sell a balloon with the only real way to blow it up being to take it to a store/florist who has a helium tank. Again, pass. My mistake but I will get these balloons from the grocery store next time.
