I’ve been taking these for a few weeks now after sometimes with a vitamin d deficiency told me about the need to have vit k as well … glad I listened to her because I can feel the difference. I’ve always been either deficient or right at the low normal range, and think these will do the trick without needing a prescription potency one. Easy to swallow and no issues with my tummy.

Vitamin D & K...a clear winner
A lot of us take Vitamin D3. What most of us don't know is that Vitamin D3 can't be properly absorbed in your body without Vitamin K. If you need D3, you also need K.
