Revised... My wife bought one the other day and I used it and was quite happy with it. I then ordered one for myself. Now that I’ve had a chance to use it several times., here are my observations.The fit and quality of the sleeve are great. It fits snuggly and stays in place even when I’m walking. It’s a knee sleeve. What I don’t like about it is the fact that it does not retain the cold temperature for more than maybe 10-15 minutes. That to me is a major disadvantage. If a short cold temp pack is what you want, this is great. But for me, it doesn’t retain its temperature long enough.Note: After trying out another brand (Arctic), both cold packs exhibit the same behavior of providing cold for about 10-15 minutes. So, it is not so much an issue with the pack as it is with the gel. So, I don't really fault TheraIce for this. After now using the pack for several days, I can say that it does the job even if for only 10-15 minutes.

What an easy way to do an ice pak! Perfect slip on over foot and slide up the leg. Or if on arm slips on easily. Very cold but comfortable fit. Great to have front and back of leg treated simultaneously.

My sister says it feels comfortable and stays cold a long time. It arrived faster than expected too!

I love this sleeve!!!!! It was recommended to me by a gym friend (who is also a runner) last year when I was having knee pain during marathon training season. She recommended buying two, but I only purchased one at first because I wanted to make sure that it worked for me. Fast forward a year to the next marathon training season and now I am the one recommending this sleeve to fellow runners who are having knee pain. The sleeve is soft, comfortable, and just the right amount of cold without being painful. I love that I can wear it and move around the house rather than having to sit still with an ice pack. I never had any issues with it slipping down, nor was it too compressive around a painful area. The only down side is that I wish it stayed cold a little longer (which is why my friend recommended getting two). Now I have two of these sleeves, so while I'm wearing one, I can have another one ready to go. This is such a great product. I have a foam roller, massage gun, KT tape, and several topical gels and creams and these cold sleeves are still one of the items that I use the most, particularly for joint pain.

Mine is very helpful because I can’t sit and hold ice on my knee however, mine is already showing signs of shredding on the cuff on the edge and I’ve had it a week on my leg and it also is stretching and falling down off my leg. I don’t think I bought it too big because I had a smaller size and that didn’t fit so either I’m in between a small and then I went to a medium large and after it’s on a little bit of movement and it slides down, I love the idea. It’s pretty good laying down it’s when I am up and moving around doesn’t work well.

Excellent cooling and very convenient to use

It’s truly a value for money product ….an hour in the freezer and gives you instant relief for upto 30 mins . It’s quite sturdy and flexible . Using it for the calf area post surgery

I don’t generally write reviews but I’ve been pretty please with this knee sleeve. Stays cold for about 20mins and provides just enough compression for my knee. I have osteoarthritis and a torn meniscus and use this nightly. It bring down the swelling better than anything else I’ve tried.

Good product, not great quality. I have had this product for a couple of weeks and only used it about 6 times. It’s already leaking jel.
