Does it make you lose weight??

I lost 5 lbs in a week but everyone is different.

How long after taking the first pill does it start making you go? Trying to plan my time correctly.

Start with the lowest dosage and work your way up if you feel you are able to or if you want something a bit more detoxifying. Does this product actually detox and cleanse your body, or does it just make you go to the bathroom?

Both - it definitely makes you go, but it also cleanses really well. It gave me a boost of energy after a couple days. Make sure to follow the directions and drink lots of water. After a few days I could feel the detox and felt like I was getting rid of junk that was clogging up my body. I lost about 10 pounds in 14 days which I was amazed with. Just keep getting in your exercise to keep the weight off!
