These are perfect for my hair. I have long, thick curly hair and they have a good stretch and hold my hair in place whether I do a pony tail, braid or a bun. They are very soft and pull out of my hair easily with no tangles or breakage.

I have pretty thick hair and have always used Goody brand elastic bands. These hair ties are a game changer! They tighten without pulling my hair and are so soft and easy to work with. I definitely think that these will cause much less hair breakage. I wish I would’ve tried these years ago!

I was genuinely impressed with these hair ties!To give you an idea of what I’m working with, I have a full head of long, thick, wild locks that could easily land me a role as Hagrid's long-lost daughter in a Hogwarts spin-off. I admit my expectations were low, but at that price, I figured it was worth a shot. Holy moly, am I glad I did!These hair ties are soft and gentle yet incredibly durable. They’re super stretchy, and the elasticity hardly wears out. Since they’re seamless, they never snapped while I was putting them in, and they kept my Ariana ponytail high all day long.

Did some research and came across this manufacturing process of elastic loops. These work fantastic, overall good retention while simultaneously being much softer on the hair than elastics.I think you'll need something thicker if you're going to do a high ponytail with long hair, but for a standard ponytail or medium length hair these do great.They don't feel super tight on the wrist either, which is a huge bonus for me.Where they lose a star is the lack of an edging postprocess operation - the edges of the fabric are fresh from being cut, and as they stretch the elastic works it way out of both edges, eventually leaving a constant stream of tiny, hairlike translucent threads working their way out of your bands. If they could fix that, these'd be a 5/5. In the meantime, I am going to dab them with some anti-fraying glue (Dritz fray check) to see if that helps them endure.

Purchased them for my husband who has long curly hair and he notices a difference. His hair is not as tight, pulling at his skull in places; these hair ties do not leave weird dents; and they are comfortable to sleep with (he refuses to use anything but hair ties. Sigh.). 10/10

Great hair ties that don’t damage my hair, can never go wrong with these. I like the assortment of colors! Very soft and last pretty long.

I have fragile, fine hair and tried several types of hair ties to keep my shoulder length hair up when I work out. The silk scrunchies didn't hold, the typical ponytail bands broke my hair, and the plastic "claws didn't hold in my hair--then I tried the Cyndibands. They are awesome! They hold my fine hair up without harming it, they're comfortable, and the stretchiness has lasted through MANY uses! Definitely recommend these.

These are thick but not too firm, soft but hold well. I have fine, curly hair and these are very gentle. They last a long time although they do stretch out a bit.
