Used this pillow on a train 13 hour train ride. I bought it based on other customer reviews stating that is is very comfortable and offers good support.The memory foam is firm yet comfortable, flexible and the contoured shape offered good neck support. However, since my head tends to fall forward when I sleep it did not help much. I did use it in opposite position but that was not comfortable.I'm pleased that the pillow comes in a travel bag which makes it easier to travel around with. You can just roll it up after use, put it back it's bag and then safely tucked away in your carry-on bag. It also comes in a zippered removable cover which allows for washingwhich is plus. The drawstring can be adjusted to fit the size of your neck.I'm someone who has difficulty sleeping when travelling so everything has to be just about right. Even though it did not work for me, I would still recommend this item.

I purchased two of these for my daughter and me for an international trip. These pillows made getting some sound sleep during our long flights (13-hr, 9-hr) possible and pleasant. Our necks remained in a comfortable position the entire time and neither of us had any neck discomfort.The material of the cover was soft. Plus, the cover can be removed for cleaning. The pillows also easily clipped onto our travel backpacks when we did not want to roll them back up to store in the storage bag.Grab these if you want some restful sleep on your next trip!

Comfy~ sits on shoulder and provides structure, support, and comfort when in use. The carry bag is nice and has a snug fit~ may take a little bit of wiggling to put it back in. Has a washable cover that can be easily taken off after unzipping for a nice clean. The foam is good and springs back into shape after use.

The contoured shape of this pillow seemed as if it would provide more comfort than the traditional round shape. For me, it did not. I will say the item is well made and the materials seem to be good quality, it just was not a great fit for me. (I would have returned it, but I used it on two flights already.) Comfort is a subjective element, and you may find this perfect for you.
