a bit light for the price.
it's a very short book for the price you pay - all right, there is some good information inside, although nothing revolutionary - this is more a rehash of what you can read for free on intermittent fasting articles on the web (like on lean gains website).Another thing that bothered me is that there is no concrete meal plans / typical menu. and there is not one single workout routine / plan either.It will take you a couple of hours to go through the material, and at the end you will feel very tempted to buy the "Momentum of mass 4" to gain more understanding on the training philosophy. And this book also acts more as a teaser for the author's 'ripped - cut at all cost'... so you may just as well buy that one directly and not waste your money on this. If I had to do it again this is what i'd do!

Nothing new here! Unfortunately....
Printing on front cover is not fitting the page! Book is ok, but mostly you could find out the same details, on intermittent fasting on the internet...Over priced for what you get!....But if you can't be bothered, with Google then buy the book LOL...
