Leaking for some reason?
These use to be a 5-star product for us. Grandma has end-stage dementia and is obviously incontinent. She also has a habit of holding onto her urine and letting it go all at once. She floods a lot of products because it goes from dry to flooded in moments without warning. We have been getting these briefs by the case for over a year. But this last case, something is off and different. The smart core isn’t a core as it is off to one side. And they seem thinner and the inside almost crystalline, you can hear and feel a sand like substance. Hopefully we just got a dud case or we will go back to the drawing board to switch again.

Brilliant diapers!
I felt compelled to write this review the morning after. I only have trouble retraining my bladder at night. I must say these are the best diapers I have tried in a long time, possibly even better than the Abena M4.First and for most, the tabs are huge and provide a lot of options for placement. Somehow the actual padding I thought was pretty small as far as diapers go, but that isnt the case. These diapers can hold a night time worth of wetting, no problem! To my absolute surprise no plastic pants are needed either! I am a heavy back sleeper so I dont wake up or move much but even still. The diapers disperse wetness incredibly well on their own compared to other diapers. The one thing you do need to do is make sure the tabs are securely placed and at a good angle so they dont come apart. I had no issue with them, I just noticed that they seem to easily come apart when I was putting the diaper on. I cannot comment on how well these would be for up-right daytime use, it might be something completely different than my experience. But for night time use, I absolutely adore these and I love how affordable they are.I almost forgot on top of all that, the diapers are very light and breathable (at least when dry)Just make sure you use plenty of baby powder!

One and don
These were advertised to be cooler. Not even close to Poise and other incontinence products I have tried. Sweating like crazy. These are huge! They have couple pieces of tape that don't stay very long so the item is not close to the body. Exremely bulky. I tried one and now am DONE. Tossing these horrible things. I feel sorry for those who read and believe the ads.

Tapes weak , but good diaper over all
Absorbency is fine , comfort is pretty good when you can get a good fit , and the value is good as well . But my one complaint is , either I'm inbetween sizes , or 40-58 is way to big on me . I've tried the medium and it's too small on me . So I guess I'm stuck . Also the tapes could be stronger , as one popped loose while i was walking around . On second diaper tried .Over all if you manage a good fit , it's a great value and I believe can hold at least one full void .Not much to say beyond that as I've only worn two diapers so far .

A Lifesaver For Sore Bottoms!
I've just started buying briefs for my elderly father, making the transition from pull-up type briefs. These briefs are perfect for stopping rashes because they neutralize the ph of the urine and control odor. I use these on him during the daytime, although it said that you could use them at night too. I tried using them overnight, and it couldn't quite hold everything so I purchase a heavy duty brief for that.

Soft inside and quiet outside.
These are not as heavy-duty as the ATNs by Tranquility but they are very useful for daytime and discreet wearing. They are very thin (when dry) and the soft "cloth-like" plastic cover is quiet and breathable. The inside is very soft, much better than any drug store diaper. Their capacity is also pretty great. Sure there are more substantial adult diapers out there but if you're not prepared to pay top dollar these are definitely worth your consideration.

Not right for everyone
This item lacks on comfort due to the tape tabs being so high they are up to your armpits.Value for the money goes along for absorbency, the pad is big & thick, however it is not the "diaper" we need for our situation.
