It's pretty cheaply constructed but it's held up for over a year. The outlet in the bathroom this is kept in is positioned horizontally as opposed to the typical vertical orientation. The base doesn't swivel, so this lays sideways on the wall. Looks just fine sideways, you can't really tell it's not top-up. The frame is metal and the glass feels kind of loose in the frame but it came unbent/unbroken and will hopefully last a long while to come. My only complaint is that this is not UL tested - and it looks it. I wouldn't risk leaving this plugged in/turned on while not at home, it has an air of danger about it.

Whenever something states that it is the last one, buyer BEWARE! It looks as though someone bent it back to shape (forgot to fasten the clip properly that fits around the light bulb/plastic - very loose fitting and flimsy thin metal), screw was covered in paint (difficult time trying to tighten it, the metal piece at the top had very rough edges (as though someone tried to cut it to try to make it straight), and then decided to spray paint it. I did, however, keep the night light, since sending it back would've cost me more out-of-pocket expense. Just did some modifications on it and kept an open-mind. I must say that the packaging that it came in was better quality than the product itself. I learned my lesson on this one! I did order the bear night light (same size - square shape) and it was a 5 star product. Just bad luck with the pinecone night light.

It would be nice if the little light bulb worked..

Not sure what the point is. The decorative glass cover plate is very pretty and truly rustic, but the color of the glass is so faint that you might as well just have the bare light bulb plugged in. Also, the plate is completely flat, so it isn't even designed to wrap around the sides or curve in at the top. My suggestion is to forego this item and buy a similar motif in a wall art and hang above a different night light.

Very pretty. I had assumed that for $12 it would operate on a sensor though and not a switch, so that was disappointing. You can't find the switch in the dark, which defeats the purpose a little bit... but if you can find the switch, it is very pretty.

I purchased 8 of these pinecone night lights, one for every room. My home is decorated in pinecones all year round as I like to bring the outdoors inside. I am pleased with the quality and love the rustic look.

This is nice. But I wouldn't give it 5 stars. The actual bulb is way too visible and detracts from the pinecones design.

Because if the way my wall plug is placed, I have to turn it sideways which is not what I wanted. On the other hand when the light is turned on it is very pretty. It is heavy and larger than I expected. Yet, I would recommend it!!!
