Returned this for a refund, tried fitting it to C Class W205, removed the flat badge and inserted the new star bonnet mascot, however when turning the fixing bracket to the right, instead of the mascot tightening to the bonnet the fixing bracket is of such soft poor quality steel that it just sort of widens/stretches and does not tighten enough, and if you continue to turn the bracket, it just spreads out and falls off. I have tried 3 of these Chinese aftermarket mascots from different suppliers and when compared together they look exactly the same, probably from the same factory and they all have the same poor fitting. Beware of them arriving in looky-likey "German" manufactures boxes, they are not, they are Chinese made replicas, if it fits your car, great, it fitted but would not tighten up, I wouldn't bother with this again and will pay the money and buy a genuine mercedes mascot. Genuine mercedes stars are available from Mercedes dealers for £45
