The bra was very comfortable. However I’m not so fond of the nipples sticking out. Do you sell a brand without the nipples sticking out?

While the inserts are great, the actual fabric of the bra itself ripped after only a few uses.

A little heavy
I was trying to find options for having boobs after my bilateral Masectomy to flat and this is going to be great. I tried it out before surgery and I like the way it looks and it's easy to put on. The silicone forms are a bit heavy but over all I like it.

Get ones that are proportional to your own body.
I really liked these for what I needed them for. I might have bought one size too big though. They sank down on my chest a little farther than what looks normal, but this was because of just how heavy and realistic they are. If I had gotten a size smaller it probably would have been perfect for me. It loses a star in my opinion though because of the way the breasts fit into the actual bra that comes with it. The hole to insert the breasts into is TINY for how large the actual breasts are lol. I managed to get them into the bra, but I was worried about them ripping the material.

Comfortable, look and feel very real!
I love this product. I had a double mastectomy 5 years ago and refused reconstruction. I have the inserts that fit into bras, but it just moved too much and never felt comfortable. So I have been going without. I seen this and thought that the construction is just what I was wanting. It is the most comfortable bra I have ever worn. Prior to the mastectomy, I was a D cup. When I ordered this bra, they had only the B cup available. I love it. My mastectomy had make my chest kind of hollow and this size fills that and gives me a small chest at the same time. I wish you sold the bra separately, so that I can have changes. And I feel that with time, this one will stretch out somewhat. But overall, I'm happy and I'll probably get the C cup when it become available.
