This is a powerful read for all school personnel. The concepts presented helps to build powerful biite-sized, doable, growth minded steps every 100 days when you focus on the important things. It is also about solid team work.

This is a must read for school administrators! Everything in education seems to be 3-5 years away and it does not need to be.

I attended a workshop led by Dr. Reeves earlier this year in Taiwan and I became a bit of a fan. I have since read several of his books, so I was excited to see this practical guide to getting results in 100 days.Overall, I like the book. The authors provide a practical guide for getting results in 100 days. They discuss the issues surrounding long-term strategic plans and advocate for a cycle of compact, continuous improvement. The advice they give is immediately applicable and I am going to try it out at my school.The only reason I give this book four stars instead of five is the fact that Chapter Four seems like filler: I feel like I could have read Chapters 1-3, then 5. The authors provide good information, but the information doesn’t always align to what the book is trying to accomplish. There are fleeting references to the 100 day framework, but they don’t feel genuine.I recommend this book for any school leader looking to improve their school community.
