Very different to the photos!Photos show wide bands to take the strain, the straps are much narrower than shown, about half the width.Photos show sturdy metal clips for fixing straps, they are much smaller and the strap hardly goes in the gap.The clips are so small they are even narrower than the strap meaning the strap hangs out of the clip - this will surely tear under strain as the load will be concentrated on the outer end of the clip.On top of that, the strap is frayed. Very poor, certainly not something to inspire confidence if moving heavy items.

Do not buy, what you get is not what is in the photos, you actually get a cheap version that is not fit for purpose, they don't adjust enough to lift what your carrying high enough off the floor and the straps slip from the hooks and what your carrying simply falls to the floor as I discovered with the new side board that is now damaged !!! 😡

I really liked the idea of the product and it definitely helped me but after only its first use a major part of the device got bent out of place and during bending it back it broke off. wouldn't recommend. apologies for lack of picture of the issue as I sent the product back before taking a picture.
