I've been losing my hair steadily for 2 years. Some auto-immune thing. Nothing helped, so i dug into my stash of very cool wigs, and started wearing them again. Then, they were for fun. Now, it's a necessity and i enjoy them. My hair was always fine. So the thinning and bare spots had to be covered. I saw these several years ago, but it didn't seem like a big deal. I finally bought a few, and i'm getting more.I can't figure out the magic of how they worked, but they work fantastically. I had been doing the tedious cap and bobby pin thing. The pins actually took more hair with them. Time-consuming, and i'm usually in a rush. There's barely anything around the perimeter of my head for pins to grasp onto, The pins would slide around after a few hours and pull from the wig occasionally. I detest the whole bobby pin routine if I have no hair to pin them to.I tried these on as soon as I got them. Soft and smooth.It went on quickly. There's no learning curve. I wet the area i was placing it on, as someone suggested. It gripped right away, felt great, and stayed in place all day with the velcro adjustment. Keeping my wig in place the entire time. No headache. I don't even think about how my hair looked and checking it as the day went on, like I usually did.The velcro is strong. The band is as snug (or not) as I want it. I got the nude. But i don't think it really matters about the color because my wigs are part-less and easy to style. The gripper is easily moved to adjust where you want it.It adds a lot to your confidence if you're self-conscious or not used to wearing wigs. I think they're perfect for those undergoing chemo. It does not slip at all on the bald areas. I haven't figured out how it grips the head and the wig..... but who cares? I'm ordering more. I tried it with scarves and headwraps that slip because of my small head and the hair loss patches. They grip great and the scarves look great.I don't know if all the brands of these wig/scarf grips are as good. I'm just sticking with what i know works. These are a blessing.

These bands are wonderful. They're lovely to look at and wear. They hold my wig on securely. They're clearly very well made. Completely adjustable, which is a plus because I often find that such items are too tight. I would recommend this brand to everyone.

Definitely kept my wig from slipping, but also made my head hurt after a while, since it made the wig tighter on my head. This wig is already at its loosest adjustment, so I couldn't remedy the situation while the wig grip was on my head.

This wider velcro velvety head band really secures your wig to your head. I have a flat occipital bone at the base of your skull (a flat head). I used it today and all in all I like much more than my previous one with an adjustable thin elastic band at the bottom. The head band was comfortable and I wasn’t pulling or adjusting my wig all day. This offer was for two bands at a great price. I recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. At first glance this is a great idea. Its supposed to help keep your wig from slipping. I've seen other types and thought I'd give it a try. It's made well, good quality fabric. It's a type of velvet with a velcro closure. There's plenty of adjustment size with the velcro strip. It has a tag that's sewn on to tell you where to position it. You're supposed to wear it over your cap. So I got mine in place and tightened it as much as I could. The wig fit over it without it being too snug or painful. It wasn't uncomfortable to wear. The resistance to heat was good considering how hot it was out side. It didn't cause me to sweat. So the material must also be breathable. But after wearing it a short amount of time it started slipping. It caused my wig to fall backward. Thankfully I could feel it and was able to fix it before too many people noticed. It was embarrassing. And I was really disappointed that this product didn't work. The wig actually stays better without it. So no I wouldn't recommend this. The positives are the quality of how the band is made. And getting 2 for the price gives some value to your money.

Great item! Really helps wigs to stay in place and not slip back/off. Seems pretty sturdy and good quality for the price. I like the style and the beige variety. Make sure to adjust the tightness, especially if your wig is also a tighter fit. Because you will have a headache if you don't. Also, feels a bit bulky under the wig, but doesn't really look bulky. I wish I bought these sooner. Definitely a game changer!

New to the wig world and have had so much trouble with my wig moving up and not staying where it should be. I'm so thankful I found these! They work like a dream. My wig hasn't moved one bit since I put this on. I was ready to give up, but I'm glad I didn't. This has my highest recommendation!

Just arrived and I had to try on. The wig I purchased kept moving regardless of tightening so I refused to wear. After reading many recommendations this was the best I found the customers are correct. I like that it showed I could use a wig cap and how to place the grip around it. The wig I purchased is a pixie cut and I thinned out on top only as the sides and back do not need to be changed. It does not show under my grey wig and it is very comfortable, but I must admit it does get a little warm, but I am in the house. I like the grip and will reoder again maybe in white if they have.
