Favorite goggles for recreational swimmer
I've purchased half a dozen pairs of these goggles (in various colors) over the years because I like the design so much (my daughter likes the design too, borrows them and loses them... hence the need to keep purchasing). I've learned to keep the goggles in a case, or else the coating on the lenses can scratch off. The blue goggles have the darkest tint, which I appreciate while doing backstroke on a sunny day.

Back to Vanquishers
Just got these to replace an old pair of Vanquishers because they were less expensive and got good reviews. They were ok for a few laps but then the right goggle started to leak and no matter how much I tightened them water still managed to find a way in. Very frustrating. Went back to the vanquisher, much happier now.

My Favorite Goggles
I'm a swimming instructor (30 year old female). These are my favorite goggles. The silicone is the softest and gentlest for the skin around the eyes. The metallic mirror finish is fun too. The size of the eye pieces is small enough for a woman's face so it seals well. I prefer the splice adjustor in the back as opposed to those models with them over the ears. These last about 2-3 years. What usually finishes them off is that the plastic that connects nose piece to the eye piece breaks or the strap tears.

look good and work
no leaks, they look good, seem to help keep out the bright Hawaiian sun. I do use some baby shampoo and water to keep them fog free, so not sure if they would fog up with out that... they seem to be holding up to both the chlorine and the salt water...

Not really anti-fog
One eye fogged up on the first swim. One week later, they are just as foggy as my old pair.

LOVE THEM
I think these are some of the most comfortable goggles I have ever owned. I usually wear Speedo's but got these after hearing a distance swimmer rave about their comfort. Yes they are a little pricey and if you are swimming indoors at night they are kind of dark but can't be beat for bright days in outdoor pools.

Love these goggles!
My 13 year old daughter uses these for competition swimming (practice and meets). I can get 6+ months out of them. The only reason for ordering a new pair was due to the front being scratched; she did not have any problems with leakage what-so-ever.

Great move up.
My daughter has been swimming competitively for four years. Up until now, she won't wear any goggle but the Speedo Jr. Hydrospec. She complains that all other goggles don't fit quite right, fall off, slip, fog up, etc. This was the exception. She loves these goggles and says they work great.
