Got this book for a class and it was pretty interesting.

This book gave me an overview of what is needed to create a learning organisation. For me, it reinforces my own view about the qualities needed to lead in the 21st century. It is challenging and provides a stretch in thinking.I would recommend it for anyone interested in organisational change.
