Great product for every
They work great if you’re in your perimenopause! I bought first the Vitamin C one but after a period of cold and the flu I felt i needed more so i ordered these. Great feeling and energy during the day. I can say I had good sleep and energy during the day also i felt like my mood was improving. Now i am on the Magnesium one but after i finish i will go back to these. For me they worked great but then again everyone is different so try and you will see :)

A pack of 20 effervescent multivitamin tablets. One to be taken daily, dissolved into a glass of water These dissolve fairly quickly, and although they do have a vague citrus taste, it's not very strong. It's not unpleasant, but not really tasty either. An easy way to top up any deficient vitamins in your diet. Easy to take and packaged well

Abit of a. Con. Vitamin levels are so. Low....not worth the money
Not sure what all the good reviews are The vitamin content in these are soooo low. You'd get more vitamins eating a well balanced diet. Not strong enough to benefit health. Vitamin c is only 60mg. You need at. Least 1000mg to see any benefits I would. Recommend your standard 1000mg vitamin c effervescent tablets on Amazon as much better.

It was ok, tasted a bit sour, I expected it to be Berry flavour but was orange. It was fine.
