They make me nauseous or worse
I have had hard time trying to figure out the best time to take these. If I don’t eat something within a certain time after taking these I get very nauseous or even worse by vomiting. It may be that I’m unable to tolerate them.

I had been purchasing a different brand for about a year. It had the amount I had been taking "1600mg" with 95% hca. That was actually a difficult combination to find. That milligram along with 95% hca and it was important to me to have as high as possible percentage of hca and most with the same milligram I found were around 60 or 70% hca so this was perfect.I just received my second bottle. It works great as an appetite suppressant which is what I use it for not necessarily to lose weight but maintain. I am 112lbs and I use this to maintain I stay in the weight range I want to. Does reduce belly fat.
I am a 66 year old male with a above average workout weekly routine. I have used your product for over two weeks now and although I haven't lost a lot of weight, just a few pounds. I have lost a couple of inches around my waist. This alone would make me recommend your product.

After first week
Have been using product about one week. Have lost 2.5 pounds. There were a couple of evenings that I forgot the 2nd tablet. The Apple cider vinegar water that you are supposed to take with the pill made me a little sick. I only do it once a day instead of both doses.
