Works great!
I purchased this loaf pan to make milk bread and am super pleased with the results. The bread did not stick to the pan at all and popped right out after baking. I was initially worried about dough getting stick in between the seams of the metal, but the pan is super simple to clean. I'm going to get a few more so I can make multiple loaves of bread at once!I've only used this pan uncovered, so will update once I'd tried making a covered loaf.

Very Nice Bread Pan
I used this pan once so far to make a loaf of sourdough bread and it seems to work excellent. To bake my bread I need to have it covered for the first part and then uncovered for the last part of the baking. This works great and I'm able to remove the lid very easily and the bread comes out perfect.

Rusty
Bought this item a year ago, only used 3 times, it is literally rust at the bottom and side, the quality is bad.

Great for bread
This pan makes a perfect size loaf for my family. The top keeps the steam in for sourdough and is easy to remove during baking. Nothing has ever stuck in it. Great little pan.

Nicely Made
Very nice pans - the holes in the bottom allow for even cooking too. Easy to clean.

Loaf Pan
I like this pan. The baked bread slid out pretty well. I also baked a loaf of raisin bread and some of the raisins escaped and created a sticky area on the bottom of the pan. I soaked the pan and the stickiness did come out. It is an easy pan to clean.

Loaf pan with lid
I did not like how dense my bread turned out.
