Nicely made, but Way Way Way Too Small!!!
I was looking for a comb with a leather sheath, so it stay clean of by pocket lint and ink in a bag or briefcase. And this is one well designed, constructed, and attractive. Only catch is that it is WAY, WAY, WAY, TOO SMALLl! Like, comically small. Like, don’t let anyone see you take it out unless you want to be mocked, too small! You can’t even hold this like a regular comb. You essentially have to hold it between thumb and forefinger, because if it’s diminutive size. So, it would be fine for a beard or eyebrows, if you really need that, but for practical use, this should be a regular size 5” pocket comb—at least—if not alternatively a 7” dressing comb for a bag.Kent—in the words of Derek Zoolander, this thing needs to be 3x bigger! Please keep the design but supersize it!

It’s worth it to have nice things!
A zippo lighter,Ray-Bans (or less overrated sunglasses),a solid metal watch,an IBM Model M mechanical keyboard. There is an art to fine things, and this comb is immediately apparent as a fine thing. I’ve used an awful Ace $3 stamped comb before this, and this comb has a noticeable heft in the hand. It is also a fairly nice looking thing, if you really care. The action through my beard (it’s main use) is smooth. I was amazed at how smooth it was the first time I used it, compared to the Walmart Ace comb I used. In about a week or so I’ve been using it, it’s snagged maybe 2 times, and never pulled out a hair (that wasn’t loose, anyways) like the Ace comb did. There is one flaw - the gold lettered Kent logo fades very quickly - it’s only been a week! Water is not good for that. I don’t personally care, but it’s worth detracting a star. Otherwise, it goes on my coveted “nice things” list. I got 2, just in case I lose one. Definitely worth the $15.

What a difference quality makes!
When I decided to grow my beard out longer, I finally discovered there is a whole world of high quality beard care products out there, after half a lifetime wasted using cheap, inferior combs. This is an excellent, high-quality product, but it is a little bit too fine for my beard. I will be using the larger Kent 12T comb instead once my beard gets a little longer (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002IZNIU4/). The teeth are cut with a saw and milled/polished to a smooth tip by hand, if you believe the manufacturer (which I do--Kent literally makes the world's best hairbrushes). This means they don't have a seam from injection molding like cheap combs, and the right width/tooth density for your hair type will not snag your hair at all. The teeth on the fine comb are a bit too close together for the thick hairs of my beard, but the 12T's are just perfect. Still though, this is a great high-quality pocket comb (it's small). Highly recommend.

Highest quality comb that will last a lifetime
It used to be that purchasing a comb wasn’t anything to consider or contemplate reviewing. I would go to the local drug store and pick up Ace hard rubber comb. Unfortunately those great combs made here in the USA aren’t available anymore. Today Ace combs are worthless, cheaply made plastic junk that bend and irritate the scalp.Kent combs from the UK are mainly made in India today (you can occasionally still get one made in the UK) but are of the highest quality. Made from hand sawed resin they are gentle to the scalp, clean easily and are extremely durable. They aren’t cheap but they’re worth the price. As soon as you hold it you can tell it’s a quality item. Highly recommended.

a very good beard comb
in all the time i have had a beard, my comb was always the standard black plastic. recently, i have seen mentions of kent combs. i figured i'd take a look and, when i saw the price, i admit i was skeptical. i mean, come on, ~$18 for 2 combs? after a little back and forth with myself, i figured i'd take the plunge.what i received were two fine combs. they have a considerable weight and thickness to them compared to my old standbys. i noticed that the comb does not seem to catch and yank my beard like the other combs either. in the end, they are very well made. whether you want to spend the money is a personal choice, admittedly i don't know that i could tell someone they need to get it, but if you are ok with the expense you won't be disappointed.

Wrong item description
There are two products when you search for "Kent Sawcut A FOT" with exactly same product description and the seller is same too but this one is priced lower than the other so this was my obvious choice. The comb which I received does not say 'Sawcut A FOT' on the comb, it instead says 'The Richard'. I reached out to the customer service but they are not ready to acknowledge that the product description is wrong.

Great quality but too small
Well-crafted, gentle on the scalp, and nicer-looking than the common black plastic type. Unfortunately, the comb is thinner and shorter than the ones I'm used to. It's difficult to hold, especially when applying product to the hair - just not enough room for your fingers to get a proper grip.

The value of a quality comb
This modest-looking comb is of the highest quality and style. It is small enough for travel or your pocket, yet plenty large enough to efficiently comb your hair. The tines are not sharp - a true advantage recognized by anyone who has had their scalp stabbed by a cheap plastic comb. I bought three of these - for home, travel, and spare. Highly recommended.

Wow fancy!
After a hesistant purchase, I was expecting a cheap regular brush. I mean how good can hair brushes be?Well immediately I've been proven wrong. This hair brush looks so classy! I did not know Kent had a long history in making handmade combs. The brush feels solid, with a good thickness and definitely smooth. The smooth and curving inward bristles now helps me get a finer brushed look to my often splailing hair.I would definitely recommend and even considrr wider this as a wise gift idea.

A quality comb. Good for thinner hair and it doesn't break when it's in my back pocket.
PROs:- High quality- Fine teeth are good for thinner hair- Doesn't break when it's in my back pocket and I sit downCONs:- None I can think of.Conclusion:I previously used a comb that cost about 30p. This is a very worthy upgrade, life is too short to use a cheap comb. If it's fine for a Yeti it'll be fine for a human too, get it bought.

Quality product
Ordered two of these small combs to replace a larger one which caught up with my smart phone wallet when I took it out of my pocket. The good news is that they fit perfectly inside the leather pouch of a flip top cover so will never get lost now.Gentle to use and perfect for fine hair. Money well spent.

Top quality comb
This is the second Kent comb I have bought and it is the same high quality and fast service as last time. It's good to see some still value workmanship over a quick buck.
