This is a very handy pencil sharpener and the rubber at the other end is a good one. I know the container doesn’t hold many pencil shavings but for a child to keep in their pencil case it is fine!

I searched for the perfect pencil sharpener and eraser combo to keep in my everyday bag for drawing opportunities. This is the perfect size for my bag and the eraser is great for drawing since it is a square with sharp edges. This is made for art and is not a cheap kids eraser. What sold me was that there is a top to cover the pencil sharpener so all the graphite doesn't get all over the rest of the things in my bag. Another bonus was the blue color, it stands out so I don't have to dig through everything to find it.

This is a terrific little compact sharpener, very portable as well. (I'll probably get the larger Swordfish for my studio...)
