The plastic headband piece of the My Grado SR60 was broken and the rips in the material were causing discomfort. As a replacement headband, the product itself is fine and does what I expected it to do. The new headband is also more comfortable than the old one, but it doesn't fundamentally transform the comfort of Grado headphones into something completely different.I do think it's a little overpriced for what it is and the padding on mine is somewhat uneven, but otherwise I have no major complaints. I wanted something that kept close to the original look, so I'm happy with my purchase. If I didn't care about cosmetics one of the Denon style replacements that wrap around the original band is probably as comfortable and more economical.

This headband is easy to install and sits comfortable on the head.I could keep going but really, that's all you need to know.

I love the sound and general build of Grados, but I had major issues with the original headband. The plastic was so thin that it didn't give any support, and the edge of the plastic was sharp! It cut into my head when I wore them and I found it very unpleasant to touch.This cushion has converted my Grados into a FAR more enjoyable listening experience. The padding is ample and the leather is fine. "Premium" feels like overkill, but it certainly is comfortable.My biggest worry with buying the replacement band was with getting it on. I really worried that I might break the Grados or weaken the construction in some lasting way. But by following their instructions and taking my time, I was able to replace the band in about an hour and a half, and I have seen no lasting effects on the headphones. Plus, the process of modding them made me feel even more "Grado" than before.HIGHLY Recommended!

This headband helped me make a very uncomfortable pair of Grado SR80e's into an actual useable pair of headphones. The headband feels soft and gives your headphones the support they need while resting ontop of your head. Notorious for a lack of any ergonomics, Grado leaves you with a flimsy fake leather material headband more akin to plastic. I've left the pair of headphones unused for a few years opting for more comfortable headphones, unaware of any headband replacements, but am happy to finally get some use out of my Grado's. If you own a pair of Grado's or are thinking of buying a pair because of the value you get from the audio quality, you need to buy one of these headbands. It's a standard that any pair of headphones need. Just jiggle the metal headband from side to side while pulling from either the right or left plastic parts while following the included installation video, and you'll be able to install the new headband in less than 5 minutes.

Despite the description this is PU Leather AKA plastic. It's a convincing faux leather like a lot of the newer generations of these products and appears to be well made, but it's not cowhide. Good price but I'm debating returning the item as it is not as described.

Was looking for an inexpensive replacement for the stock Grado headband. While the new X series improved the headband, it still felt a bit cheap. This on the other hand feels great for the money. Bit finicky to install but well worth it. Looks stock enough to not feel out of place, particularly on plastic Grados like the SR60x.

I didnt want to spend a bunch and wait for a handmade European headband so I decided to try this one. It isnt as glossy as in the photos here, but the leather is nicely stitched and incredibly soft. It's probably not the most over the top, cushy, headband, but it's well made and perfectly adequate for Grados.

This is a very nice leather band that has just the right amount of padding. I thought about the wide one, but like the slim look of this, and think the padding is enough. The SR80e is a light headphone, and doesn't need much, but the original plastic headband is garbage. This makes them more of a luxury headphone and makes your listening experience better. Highly recommended for the price!

Sehr gute Qualität, passt perfekt für GRADO Kopfhörer. Mich störte der AHG Hersteller Schriftzug auf dem Leder, deshalb habe ich die Polster zurück geschickt!

I recently bought a set of original Black Grado SR325 headphones. They come with a slim leather headband, that has no padding. Its uncomfortable. I already have the AHB XL wide black headband on another pair of Grados and it is very comfortable. I decided to try the slimmer one to keep close to the original look of the headphones. It is the perfect size and so soft and comfortable. For 30$ it was well worth the purchase price. I recommend this product, others on the web are almost double the price. The only improvement I can suggest is to offer light brown color as well.

It do appear to be and smell like real sheepskin. Soft and cushioned well.Installing it was easy, i just wiggled the metal band off the plastic joint, forcing it apart. I didn’t have to break the mechanism open like in the video in my case (my headphones are 8 years old and this could be a contributer). I put super glue on the metal piece and inserted it back into the plastic slot. No mess, easy installation.A worthy upgrade for my beloved old SR-80e’s i just got repaired. Feel like brand new headphones. Heck ya

Massively improves the look and feel of the headphones, SR60 in my case.I went for the slimmer of the two sizes which more of less keeps the same proportions to original.I bought to replace a crumbling existing headband, I'm so impressed I'll be ordering another for my SR80's.

Great upgrade for my sr125e. Headband as describe, looks good, good quality and confort. Reasonably easy to install. Could not ask for more for the price. The shipping was fast. 5/5
