I used these for my Mexico trip and they worked perfectly. Used it in the pool, had it on during ziplining, and atv riding. Love that you can still scroll and use your phone while in the pool. Def recommend.

Floating the river and all of a sudden the speaker stopped playing music. That's when I realized my phone was gone. I'd taken it off from around my neck to do something and then laid(dumb!) it next to me. Next rapids it was gone. Got out and walked back about 100 yards. It had hooked on a rock and was being held under water by the force of the water over it. Dry as a bone and worked perfectly. The float feature enabled me to see it by keeping it close to the surface despite the current. Perfect!

This waterproof bag looks nice but in all fairness I can't give this product a fair rating. I can't tell if it works or not. I'll have to see if I can find someone with a lot tougher fingers and stronger hand than me who can get the slides to open. They're so tight it's making my fingers sore trying to open it. Maybe a pair of pliers would work. I was going to return it but there is no return on this product. What a disappointment. UPDATE: Okay, now I'm eating crow. I took my waterproof bag to my sister who figured out how to open it. She has more patience than me and figured it out. The locking mechanism works good and the material the case is made of feels like good quality. Once she got the case opened, I found an instruction sheet on how to open it. That literature was obscured by the accessories that come with the bag. In addition to liking the case now that I can get it open (all by myself) I got an email from BSC store saying they would make things right. In doing just that, they did. Now I am making things right by changing my rating from one to four stars. Because I have not, nor will I, try taking underwater photos I refrain from giving 5 stars. I only wanted the case to help protect my phone while out fishing or boating. By the way, the phone is fully functional while inside the case.

Can't praise this case enough. Wanted a waterproof case for a beach weekend but didn't want to spend the money for a LifeProof. This was even better. Pictures come out clear, it's easy to open and remove the phone when needed, sound comes through clear on videos and most importantly not a drop of water or sand ever touches your phone. The ONLY issue I had was sand got stuck in the knobs at the top and so it was a little hard to open from time to time, but that was it. All around great product for a very fair price.

This case is a must have here in central Florida. I go to the water parks here and like to have my phone camera at hand at all times and this waterproof case is perfect for protecting my smartphone. The touchscreen works through the clear plastic but you do have o apply a little more pressure to your touch .This case comes with the neck lanyard and a waist strap if you prefer it not dangling around your neck. I prefer the neck lanyard because phone is easily accessed where if it is around the waist you would have to remove the entire strap..belt...to use the phone. I use this product several times a week and love it.

These actually work!! Went on an early summer trip to he Caribbean and used this in the pool and the ocean. They never leaked. Other visitors asked about them while I was taking pics in the pool. My sister took an underwater video with the case as well which came out very well. The phones (we have Samsung Galaxy models) did get a little hot in the plastic pouch while in use, but not overly so. A great product for the purpose.

Great waterproof phone case!! No leaks, easy to use with phone. Used this on a river ride trip and worked perfect! Phone is dry and still in tact and I was able to easily see and use my phone. Very happy with this purchase!!

Works as described. Make sure you test the case like instructed and close the clips correctly. Doesn't take a genius to figure out how to properly use the case. Went on a vacation for 5 days, everyday under water in the pool and ocean. Some pictures came out blurry but that's my fault, the case did its job 100% of the entire time the phone was inside. An $800 phone should be protected because not one phone warranty on Earth will ever cover water damage.

Excellent product 👌 floats great and protects super good... easy to text, call, use camera etc... I have a S10+ with Outerbox case so the phone is heavy and bulky, this case fit perfect.! I drop my phone a few times into the ocean and it was easy to find. I recommend this case if you love doing watersports in lakes and ocean Excellent for the kids too I got 2 packs for my self and my 4 kids and nobody lost their phones and we all enjoy taking alot of pictures videos etc.. very happy with the purchase
