These bands are amazing! These will turn orangey yellow if you have curry or anything with turmeric but you can change the bands out whenever you want now. 🤷‍♀️ I love how these bands hold their shape because for me if it doesn’t feel tight then I don’t feel like my teeth are moving at all. I eat a lot and it’s hard to get in between the teeth to get all the food out. I recommend these bands 10/10.
