I wear this every day
There are several different things I am looking for in a IWB holster so I'm going to review the product based on those different qualities:Firstly, I am 5'11, 195 lbs with a 34 in waist. I think your build makes a difference on these holsters so if you are shaped like me (in shape) then consider my review will probably apply to yourself.Concealment: I carry concealed daily. In my line of work I have to carry at all times. I also have to carry discreetly so it is mandatory that you cannot tell I am carrying. This holster is compact, and fits my appendix carry style well. The belt clip hugs my leather belt and there are no sharp edges for me. There is little to no printing. Sure if I pull a t-shirt tight, it prints, but loose, there is no problem and I never tuck my outer shirts in. You cannot tell I'm carrying with this thing.Capacity: There is a very good reason I chose the Sig P365. The 12 round mags sold me. With this setup you have 25 rounds at your disposal in a concealed capacity. That is unheard of with any other setup I've seen. My co-workers are convinced in this fact alone. Being able to carry 25 rounds with little to no printing and complete concealment could save my life one day.Retention: Now, there is no actual retention mechanism for this holster. It is just a kydex holster. It does not have a pressure button retention system or anything like that. What it does have is properly molded Kydex and you can feel the firearm "set" in the kydex properly. The mold itself has some pressure so the firearm is not loose. The first thing I do when I try a new holster is I put my UNLOADED firearm in the holster, tip it upside down and shake it. My firearm stayed in strong in this holster. Now, am I going to go to the club and do a backflip (hah FBI guy) NO, but I feel confident my firearm is not going to fall out short of me pulling on it. The magazine has a tight fit as well. It depends on which way you face the magazine when you put it in the slot, one way its loose and the other way its tight. I'd rather have tight than loose. So to summarize: This holster is comfortable, small (you'll be surprised when you see it in person), allows you to carry 25 rounds with the P365 utilizing two 12 round magazines and even with the 12 round extended mag on the P365, has almost no printing with a loose T-shirt.I would also like to give a shout out to the company. There was an issue where they sent me the wrong holster twice. Both times I received the holster in two days. I contacted them via their website and one of the people at Fierce Defender gave me his direct cell phone number to get in contact with him. He was extremely helpful and polite. First time in a long time I didn't have to go through a machine or press 1 or listen to "on hold" music. He fixed everything. Excellent service.

Great Value
Positives:The holster is priced a lot lower than Tier 1. Other reviews put this holster as comfortable to wear as Tier 1 holsters. My first impression is that the fit and finish is really good. I can put it on and it is highly concealable.Negatives:There are just a few things that literally poke you the wrong way that makes it a bit uncomfortable to wear. To me it is the slide release, take down lever, and safety channel on the holster. It comes all the way up to the top of the sweat guard and at a point which pokes me. Also at the bottom of the holster near the beginning of the claw arm, it digs into my upper groin/pelvic area that makes it a bit uncomfortable. Also the holster comes in contact with top left side of slide of the gun and causes friction mark down the slide of the gun at the top. I had to buff the marking off. I then filed down the contract point and it does it less.Overall, it is a great value and for it being an appendix carry holster, I do not think others will be any more comfortable. You can always DIY your own padding with glue or velcro fastening to help you make it more comfortable.

Great Sidecar! 12 Month Review at Bottom
Ever since getting my CCW, I have used Vedder, belly bands, CrossBreed, and Alien Gear Shapeshift. This is on par with Vedder with how they smooth the edges and the quality. I didn’t think that I would like a single clip with a sidecar, but this holster is proving very reliable. I have been to the range and drawn with this holster, and as long as you have a gun belt it will be fine. The only reason I didn’t give this five stars, and I think it’s the P365 and not the holster, is that the depth of the holster digs into my pelvis at certain angles. But that’s the name of the game with AIWB.Regardless, you will be happy with this purchase!Edit: After having this for over 12 months I can honestly say that I am quite happy with my purchase. Compared to other $100+ sidecar holster options, this has everything that its competition does and has stood the test of time. This gun has been my EDC for over a year and I have practiced with this holster at the range for over 500 rounds. It's sturdy with every draw, the retention is great, and saves you upwards of $50 compared to the competition. The ONLY thing that I wish is that the clip was similar to what's found on the Vedder Light Tuck. I would like to be able to EDC this holster, but can't tuck in shirts when I dress up for work functions. Please think about making this with a clip similar to the Vedder Light Tuck; if you came out with a version 2 of this, I would seriously consider purchasing a second one just for that.

Works Great On The XL
This securely holds the weapon and is easy to put on or take off. I see others complaining about comfort and I don't see how this could be the holsters fault. If you are a big guy, you are going to have big guy problems (belly etc.). I think this is comfortable mostly due to the small size of the P365 but nothing in the holster shape or design adds discomfort or bulk.I did remove the claw on mine as I normally wear a belt with a reinforced core making the claw an unnecessary addition. If you wear more of a thin belt it would be worth leaving on.Side note, I have the XL and it works fine. It is also clear the Romeo Zero would work on an XL in this holster maybe only needing a small amount of material removed with a file or dremel but I doubt even that. as the rear sight plate is just shy of the kydex.
