If you’re looking for a blow by blow representation of the cartoon, this isn’t it. Lots of scenes from the cartoon are not included (house scenes, motorcycle bit and the bit at the end where snowman melts).so it isn’t strictly true to the original story, this confused my daughter a bit. Otherwise she loved the book and the pretty cut out on the last page so it was worth the buy.

This is a lovely book with the story broken down to a few lines and illustration per page, At the end of the story is a lovely pop up of the London skyline

A classic story perfect to read to the little one over the Christmas period 👍

It was much smaller than I expected, it always is! But also it is literally only the last page that is pop up so a bit disappointing. Lovely story and pictures though, so expect the kids will still enjoy it.

Although this book was smaller than I was expecting it is an ok size for little hands. Bought for my grandaughter. The pop-up scene comes at the end and it is a rooftop and back scene of I think London .

The book isn’t bad, it’s just that the story doesn’t include the ending which I feel is the big message in the snowman. It is sad, but it’s beautiful too. It’s not scary or graphic. It’s a simply beautiful depiction of the wonders in life. Don’t think we need to hide that. Also the pop up was very disappointing. Beautiful illustrations of cause, love the snowman just needs a better design

Gave as a gift for my new grandson!

Pensavo più grande e spesso..mah le immagini sono spettacolari...sicuramente per bambini ed appassionati un ottimo inizio...

I admit to being disappointed about both the size of this book (it’s fairly small) and the fact that only ONE PAGE, technically, “pops up”. I expected more book for the price but we kept it because it still decently covered the story was a good addition to our Christmas library.
